Lisa pulled the duvet over her head to shield her from the light that reflected through her window. The morning rays of the sun had forced itself inside the large bedroom despite the curtains that were held over the window.
The morning light signalled the start of a new day, a bright day for her. Though she was awake she was reluctant to leave the bed. The bed was oddly shaped in a circular structure that was different from the normal rectangular sized beds.
Lisa didn't feel like getting up at that moment. She felt a bit lazy and wanted to stay in bed for a little longer, but she had other things to attend to, a life to live.
A life? her life had been going too smoothly for her. She never lacked anything, her father was one of the prominent figures in Litzen city and her family was well known and respected.
Others might have found this comfortable, but her philosophy was different. Lisa felt that too much of anything, whether good or bad was well.... bad.
