A sly smile formed under her veil as an idea formed in her mind.
"They don't know what Dawn really looks like," she thought.
"They only know she's a woman wearing a veil. That could be anyone... including me."
Her heart pounded with excitement.
If she played this right, she could walk away with a car, a villa, and maybe even some cash. All she had to do was pretend to be Dawn.
Taking a deep breath, she adjusted her veil and smoothed out her dress.
She stood at the edge of the lobby, waiting for the group of men to finish their conversation.
She casually pulled out her phone and pretended to talk, making sure her voice was just loud enough for them to overhear.
As she slowly walked past them, she whispered just loud enough for their ears:
"I'll keep my identity hidden. No one knows that I am Dawn and my real name is Nora Allen."
