Kaede never liked fake people.
The first time she met Aizen Sōsuke, she immediately knew there was something off about him. The way his voice carried no genuine warmth, the way his words felt too precise, too rehearsed—it annoyed the hell out of her. So, naturally, the first time he tried to feed her some philosophical nonsense, she smacked the back of his head.
"Be honest, you manipulative bastard. How hard can it fucking be?" she huffed, watching him pause for a second. His expression remained placid, but she saw it—the briefest flicker of amusement.
He wasn't used to people calling him out so blatantly.Anytime he tried to speak in his bullshit way, she would call him out.
She made sure he knew she knew he was full of shit.
Weeks later, the senile old man, Sōken Ishida, had arranged for her to receive a fragment of Mimihagi. Oh, the shit she had to go through just to be able to have a future with her #####.
She wondered if this time, she should visit while the old man wasn't there. It had been a while since she had bullied Ryūken—it would be fun.
Maybe she'd buy a rubber and tease him with it. It wasn't like he would do anything about it.
Though, finding that Mimihagi fragment was proving difficult.
The divine entity had never responded to her before, and she didn't know how to properly access it. She needed someone with a vast understanding of the soul and the metaphysical.
That's how she ended up in front of Aizen again, arms crossed.
"What do you want?" he asked, methodical as always.
Why did he have to sound like an asshole even in moments like this?
"You," she replied bluntly. A flicker of interest crossed his eyes, but she rolled her own. "Not like that, dumbass. I need your help accessing Mimihagi."
"And why would I waste my time with that?" he asked, tilting his head ever so slightly. "What purpose would it serve me?"
She smirked. "Well, I could always tell Soul Society about how you've been stalking me. I wonder how your fake innocent act would hold up when they realize Captain Aizen has been creepily stalking a Quincy woman."
His hand rested on his blade. His eyes, sharp and unreadable, locked onto hers.
Like sure a Shinigami following a Quincy was nothing new, however, it wouldn't look that great for his character, a mild bother really.
Still, a bother nonetheless, especially if she revealed his zanpakuto ability.
Perhaps it would be best to eliminate her.
As fun as she was to be around, and as interesting as she was... risking his cover being blown like this wouldn't do him any good.
Several hours later, Kaede looked rather annoyed.
Did this bastard know how expensive Quincy uniforms were?
Jugram would be on her ass... again.
She wondered what excuse to give him this time.
"You're paying for that," she muttered, wiping the back of her hand across her mouth.
Aizen, standing across from her, seemed... almost disheveled. A rare sight. Sweat trailed down the side of his face, though his expression remained unreadable. He exhaled, adjusting his glasses before finally speaking.
"I suppose I'll consider it," he murmured.
She grinned, stretching her arms before rolling her shoulders. "Good."
What exactly had happened in those few hours? That would remain ambiguous to all but the two of them.
Maybe he wasn't trying to kill her—though, with all the blood, that seemed likely. Or maybe they were going to pound town...
No one would ever know.
Time Skip – A Week Later
Kaede was in quite a jovial mood, drinking with Ryūken Ishida.
Currently, she was at the spot that was hers alone—on his lap, snuggled up against his chest.
She wondered how much self-restraint he had.
This would be fun.
Right now, the mighty Kaede—the woman with the mighty letter A engraved within her soul.
Someone who had managed to become part of Yhwach's elite group.
Someone who had reached the peak of Quincy power as a teenage girl—
—was drunk.
Her face was flushed from alcohol.
She was always a tactile drunk, and Ryūken, despite his usual cold demeanor, tolerated it when it came to her.
"You're the best," she slurred, looking up at him with a lazy grin. "You better not leave me."
Ryūken sighed, brushing a hand through her hair. "Kaede, leave the Wandenreich. You don't belong there."
Her expression faltered. "I can't. I'm too tied to it." Her fingers clenched against his shirt. "I can't leave... not now."
He said nothing, only exhaling through his nose as he held her closer.
"You're a big softy~" she trailed, looking at him with a smile on her face.
Wasn't he just a big softy... being worried for her? How cute.
A week later, Aizen handed her the fragment of Mimihagi she had asked for.
He said nothing, only handing it to her.
She could tell his ass was planning, scheming something.
She didn't care, really. She got what she wanted without having to step foot in Soul Society... again.
Kaede smiled, pocketing it.
"Thanks, Aizen."
He watched as she turned to leave, his expression unreadable.
In his hand, the Hōgyoku pulsed, glowing faintly.
Something was shifting.
She wonders why the fuck did he hand her a glowing orb.
Time Skip.
Ransōtengai was so useful... As for those wondering why she needed Ransōtengai, her reply was simple: Don't worry about it.
Frankly, she just wanted to practice. Her control over the technique was getting worse. Instead of 100% control, she now only had 99.9999% control. That was a massive drop... to her ego.
On a side note, ####e# does know what it was. Apparently, he wasn't as far back as she thought... Fun.
Kaede was currently in her studies, doing missions and so on—stuff like spying on Soul Society, scouting weaknesses in their defenses, retrieving crucial intelligence.
But then... three months in, she noticed something was wrong.
She hadn't had her period.
Oh no.
Shit.
Shit.
Following Sōken's guidance, she used the fragment of Mimihagi to halt the pregnancy at the three-month mark. It was a desperate measure, but she couldn't risk carrying a child in this war. Not yet.
And yet... every time she visited the Human World, Aizen was there. She didn't question it.
That man was planning something.
Using her two brain cells, she managed to form a solid hypothesis.
The child.
This man was planning something with her kid.
She wouldn't let him touch ***** ###.
And for fuck's sake, why the fuck did he have to be there every time she had a break? She was beginning to think the necklace was no gift, it tended to glow.... a lot.
Over the span of two years, she remained pregnant—all thanks to Mimihagi halting her pregnancy in place. She could feel it. That weird orb Aizen carried was influencing the child.
The child was changing too much, needing basically half of her Reiryoku to be fed to it every single day.
Her Schrift activated—and stayed activated during those two years. She didn't even know what her Schrift had become, but whatever it was, it could sustain the child.
For some odd reason, she felt as if the child was alive and developing even if she was still only three months pregnant...
Technically, 27 months now.
...Minor details.
Then, one day, she went for an X-ray.
And that was when she saw it.
Her child had butterfly wings.
She stared at the image, her heart hammering in her chest. The child did not look human.
And yet... she still loved it.
Her fingers trembled as she traced the image on the screen.
"What... are you becoming?" she whispered.
"Why do you get butterfly wings, and I don't? I feel jealous."
She pouted a bit.
Yes, a grown-ass woman, being jealous of her own unborn child.
Do not question it.
The child in her belly, who had been scared that its mother would abandon it, felt a warm feeling in its chest...
His momma never abandoned him.
So... this was warmth.
After so long in the dark... the child wished to stay in this warmth forever.
Kaede knelt before Yhwach, her gaze steady as she listened to his words. The King of the Quincy sat upon his throne, exuding an overwhelming presence that demanded absolute obedience.
She wondered if he would let her style his mustache like Hitler's if she did well enough.
His deep voice resonated through the grand hall as he spoke.
"A gate has appeared in Soul Society," Yhwach declared, his piercing eyes scrutinizing her every reaction. "Your task is to ensure its closure, to erase all traces of its existence before it can be discovered."
Kaede nodded, understanding the gravity of the mission.
"Understood, Your Majesty. I'll handle it."
"Do so without relying on your Vollständig," he added. "We cannot afford to expose too much."
Kaede exhaled through her nose.
"No wings, no glowing shit. Got it."
Yhwach didn't react to her casual tone, merely dismissing her with a wave of his hand.
He had grown used to her blunt personality. He didn't really feel good or bad about it—just chalked it up to one of her many quirks.
She kept the Soldat in line and was kind of an idol for every little girl in the Wandenreich right now.
And she was keeping Gremmy in check.
She could stay safe, plus keeping her alive would do good for his image as a benevolent king.
The mission had been going smoothly. Kaede and her squad worked quickly, dismantling the gate while cloaking their presence.
Granted, they had to jump a hollow to get there but it was fine.
Flashback a few minutes prior.
The gate of a Garganta could be seen opening, a Hollow could be seen licking his lips, he was going to eat so many souls today, just thinking about it got it salivating.
Suddenly, he was surrounded by a bunch of Quincy...
....
...
"You going to be a good boy, and open us a Garganta to soul society" Kaede had a smile on her face as she looked at the hollow, who looked around at all the whites around him, and then at his dark skin.
....
Something about this triggered some memory within the beast...was this the Ku Klu...
"If you don't cooperate, I can't guarantee you will survive"
The hollow had accepted his fate, he had come to eat...not to get gangbang.
And this was how she got a hollow to get them into soul society.
Flashback end
They were being watched.
Before she could call for retreat, figures emerged from the shadows—Shinigami.
And not just any Shinigami.
Captains.
"Well, well," a voice drawled, carrying an unmistakable air of amusement. "Looks like we caught some rats in the act."
Kaede turned to see a man with silver hair and a foxlike grin—Ichimaru Gin.
Beside him stood Sui-Feng, her sharp eyes filled with suspicion, and Tōshirō Hitsugaya, his blade already drawn.
Why... Why did Fate want to fuck her in the ass so badly?
And from the look of it...
They were expecting them.
"Go!" Kaede ordered her subordinates. "Scatter and retreat!"
The Quincy soldiers hesitated.
"I said GO!" she snapped.
Her squad bolted, vanishing into the darkness.
Kaede remained behind, facing the three Captains alone.
If they wanted a fight, she'd give them one.
Considering she entered Soul Society from a Garganta, all she had to do was use of one those special devices that mister pain in the ass gave her, and her spiritual energy now felt like that of a hollow.
In this fight, she would pretend to be an Arrancar.
Kaede dodged a strike from Sui-Feng, her body twisting unnaturally fast as she avoided the deadly Suzumebachi. She countered with a flash of Reishi-infused bullets, forcing the Captain to retreat.
Hitsugaya came next, ice forming rapidly as he swung Hyōrinmaru. The sheer cold bit into her skin as she barely managed to deflect a freezing gust.
Gin, the real bastard of the group, simply observed with his eerie smirk. Then, without warning, his blade extended in a blur—she twisted just in time, but it still grazed her cheek.
"Fast," he murmured, "but not fast enough."
She fought like hell, her movements sharp, precise. But three Captains, and she wasn't even using her Schrift? It was only a matter of time before they overwhelmed her.
A misstep.
Sui-Feng's kick connected with her ribs, sending her crashing through a stone wall. Blood dripped from her mouth as she staggered to her feet.
"Damn," she exhaled. "Okay. I'll admit it... this is harder than I thought."
Her body ached, exhaustion creeping in. She was about to be taken in—captured, maybe even killed.
No.
With a deep breath, she activated her Schrift.
The world around her shifted.
She moved faster than ever before, weaving through attacks, retaliating with deadly precision. She managed to knock Hitsugaya out cold, though Sui-Feng was far trickier. Gin, of course, remained annoyingly playful even as he fought.
Still, she knew she couldn't last.
Using the last of her energy, she shattered the remains of the gate, ensuring no one could ever trace its origin. Then, in one final, desperate move, she escaped.
Or so she thought.
Captured...?
On their way back to Soul Society, the Shinigami carried a body—Kaede's. Beaten, broken, barely alive. They intended to interrogate her, dissect her powers, analyze every fiber of her existence.
But there was one problem.
It wasn't her.
The body vanished.
Somewhere in the shadows, Aizen Sōsuke adjusted his glasses, watching with amusement as the Shinigami unknowingly carried an illusion.
Kaede groaned as she stirred, finding herself slumped against a cold surface. She looked up to see Aizen watching her with his usual calm, unreadable expression.
"Why the hell..." she muttered, rubbing her throbbing head, "would you go through all this trouble?"
Aizen regarded her as if she were some mildly interesting experiment. "It would be a waste to let Soul Society have you. My greatest research subject being handed over to those fools? I think not."
Kaede stared at him, unimpressed. "Oh, so I'm just a research project to you?"
"If that's how you wish to see it."
She groaned, resting her head back. "Shit. Wandenreich is gonna think I'm dead."
"Indeed," Aizen mused. "Considering how... poorly you performed."
Her eye twitched. "Oh, fuck off."
Aizen leaned back, adjusting his haori. "You'll need a new look now. There's a town near Karakura you can stay in for the time being."
Kaede sighed, running a hand through her disheveled hair. "Guess I don't have much of a choice, do I?"
She glanced at Aizen, narrowing her eyes. "Maybe you're not so bad after all."
Then, after a pause, she scoffed. "Yeah, right. I can see it in your eyes—you're already planning something for the kid."
Aizen's lips curled into a smirk. "And if I were?"
She exhaled sharply. "As long as it's not killing him or making him the next Soul King, I'll deal with it." Her expression darkened. "But I swear to you, if I ever find out that my kid was killed because of your shit, I will rip you a new asshole and shove a twelve-inch dildo in there."
Aizen chuckled, the sound both amused and condescending. "Creative, as always."
She groaned. "Ugh. This is all because I have a weakness for glasses-wearing bastards..." She rubbed her temples. "Damn it, Ryūken, this is your fault."
She was more annoyed that she couldn't get to be with Ryuken for a while than the fact that the Wandenreich would think she died.
Back at the Wandenreich
The five Quincy she had saved returned to Yhwach's chambers, kneeling before the mighty King.
"Report," Jugram Haschwalth commanded.
"Lady Kaede saved us," one soldier said. "She held off four Captains alone, destroyed the gate, and ensured we escaped."
Jugram listened with a solemn expression. Then, they handed him a note—Kaede's final words.
He unfolded it and read.
His brow twitched.
Yhwach, seated on his throne, watched him curiously. "Read it aloud."
Jugram exhaled, composing himself. "Your Majesty, I have completed the mission. The gate is destroyed. I altered the Reishi signature to mimic Hueco Mundo, ensuring the Shinigami believe we accessed it via the Garganta."
Silence.
"And?" Yhwach prompted.
Jugram's jaw tightened. "...She included a request. She asks that I change my name to Pad Master for a month...and publish The Balance and Fire..."
Yes....she was asking him to release a Bl, under the name pad master.
A long pause.
Yhwach's fingers tapped against the armrest of his throne. "Anything else?"
Jugram's eye twitched. "...Yes." He sighed and read the final part.
"Your Majesty, I had one last favor to ask. When the Soul King was making you, did his thrust cause the three worlds to shake? How durable was your mother? That would be all. My spirit would like an answer."
The room fell into utter silence.
Jugram closed his eyes. "...There is no doubt. This was Kaede."
A/N...It should be clear who the dad is...like it is very obvious....his name ends with en.
Now vote, who y'all think it is after all those words.
Keep Sora's personality in mind and all the hints I have laid upon in the story, do not disappoint me and show me that the reading comprehension devil does not get stronger from my readers.
Also for anyone saying Aizen was acting out of character, Kaede can kill him, I just want to make that clear, her power quite literally can kill him, in a way, she is closest to an equal he could find, still views her as a pawn though.
Also, he knows faking it and putting everything behind a mask would not do anything at all, as she can read him like a book.
So you know might have Kyoka suggests himself...and... you all have reading comprehension, you should get it.
Aizen.
