Sora anger (120)

Apparently, the Shinigami beat back the Hollows. Cool. They were all beat up, and from what he could see from his clones... hmm. None of the Hollows really got damaged.

So unless the Shinigami were bums—since Sora, by himself, could beat all the Hollows present without breaking a sweat—

Or the Arrancar were pretty strong.

Still bums to Sora.

Now that his date was done and he had gotten a kiss—a juicy one, he might add—he returned home, all giddy.

Unfortunately, Rukia had to report back. Sad.

Sora stepped into his home, stretching slightly as he prepared to relax—

But then... something was wrong.

Uryu.

He couldn't feel Uryu.

His spiritual senses, usually so sharp, scanned across Karakura Town in an instant. His Reishi perception spread further, stretching across every corner of the town and beyond.

All of his Reishi constructs shared their vision with him. He looked through their eyes, searching for his brother.

His mind somehow capable of looking through thousands of screens at once and yet focusing on all of them at the same time.

And yet.

Nothing.

No Uryu.

A cold pit settled in his stomach as his mind raced. His ability allowed him to feel even the faintest traces of Reiatsu, yet Uryu's was completely gone.

No. That's impossible.

His brother couldn't be gone.

Damn it.

Where was Uryu?

Where was his brother?

Sora's senses then picked up a wall. Oh yeah, the barrier he had set up. It worked like a barrier—no one could sense what was happening insi—

Lichtschritt

He was there, inside the damn barrier. Why the fuck did he leave it up...? For the Vizard... oh yeah.

But they should be here. At least one of them.

Sora gazed around.

And then he spotted it... the bodies of the Vizard. They were knocked out, flat on their asses. Weirdly enough, there was no blood nor lingering traces of a battle.

Only a faint, almost erased energy signature—one that sent a rage-filled realization through Sora's mind.

A Garganta.

His fists clenched, his silver hair swaying slightly from the force of his own spiritual pressure.

His Almighty activated, his pupils shifting from three to two as he focused entirely on seeing the past.

His vision tunneled.

The wheel above his head spun, as the Almighty he possessed was being changed, evolving even—adapting to better suit the situation Sora was in right now.

Then, he saw it.

Uryu.

Standing there. Training.

Then—a Garganta.

A nonchalant Arrancar stepped out, a bit farther away. The Vizard were one-shotted... hmm, were they bums?

The man, after whooping everyone's ass, barely spoke before knocking Uryu unconscious in an instant, catching his limp body and throwing him over his shoulder. The Garganta closed, leaving nothing behind.

Sora exhaled sharply through his nose. That bastard.

His eyes shifted back to three pupils, focusing forward—past the present, past the layers of space—directly into Hueco Mundo.

And there he was.

Aizen. It pissed him off.

Standing there. Holding Uryu hostage. Smiling.

Sora's rage erupted.

Like a roaring inferno, Sora's power came gushing out like no other. His power cracked the walls of the barriers.

Then, like a hot knife through butter, the mirror was shattered under the might of Sora's Reiatsu.

His crushing pressure pressed down on anything that was around.

Everyone could feel the pressure on them, yet they couldn't sense its origin. They could only tell that the spiritual pressure was crushing.

Almost bringing them all to their knees.

Yet, they themselves couldn't feel it.

Until... they couldn't feel anything. The air was still heavy, yet they felt nothing.

Sora clenched his fist. He was going to fucking kill that bastard if even a single hair on Uryu's body was hurt or maltreated.

Time Skip – Shinigami Meeting

Sora stood before the gathered Shinigami, his expression unreadable, his entire presence tense. His Reiatsu was still pouring out like crazy, yet no one in the room seemed to notice shit.

"...Uryu was kidnapped."

The air in the room seemed to shift.

Rukia's eyes widened. Byakuya's gaze flickered slightly. Even Toshiro and Rangiku stiffened. They all knew {Rukia excluded from that list} that the Arrancar attack had been bait—because why else would the Arrancar suddenly attack and leave after like five minutes when they all, and I mean all, had the chance to kill a captain?

They were here for someone. They thought it was one of the humans or Ichigo, and so they protected those people.

"How do you know?" Renji asked. Maybe, just maybe, he was being petty.

Sora, however, was in no mood for these shenanigans.

"Because I can't sense him."

That alone should have been enough. But Sora continued, his tone leaving no room for doubt.

"I went to check the area where I last felt him. He was gone. No signs of a fight. Only a faint trace of a Garganta."

A heavy silence filled the air.

Renji, likely not realizing how thin the ice was—like, really didn't get it—"Maybe he left on his own?"

The second the words left his mouth, he regretted them.

Sora's eyes snapped to him, and the absolute death glare he gave froze the room.

Have you ever felt like you were staring death itself in the face? He felt like an insignificant being looking into the eyes of an omnipotent entity, while he himself felt like nothing.

Sora was pissed. Like, very pissed. And currently, his tolerance for BS and Shinigami kind as a whole was close to zero.

For the first time since knowing Sora, Renji felt something he never thought possible.

Fear.

Even Ichigo, who had seen Sora joke around and mess with people countless times, felt his stomach drop.

Was this the same guy who was threatening to blackmail a day ago? The same guy he practically choked out, as he just smiled at him with that goofy grin on his face?

"...I'm going to rescue him," Sora stated, his voice low. "This has nothing to do with the Shinigami. This is between me and it."

"And what if that's what Aizen wants?" Toshiro was no idiot. He may look like he was stuck in middle school, but he was actually 100+ years old. A lot older than Sora.

Didn't look like it, though.

Sora's response was immediate.

"I don't give a fuck. He has my brother. I am getting him back."

Yes, the man who was clowning on Byakuya for being a sis-con was himself a bro-con.

Full-on Yandere mode.

"You're walking into a trap," the midget—ahem, I mean respected captain—said.

Sora only looked annoyed. His spiritual pressure was still acting out. Ichigo's brow furrowed. He felt that.

Why wasn't everyone else in the room reacting to this power? That shit felt like it was going to suffocate him.

"My brother was taken," he said slowly, deliberately. "I don't give a damn about your logic, your strategy, or whatever the hell Aizen is planning. I'm getting him back."

Toshiro glanced toward Rangiku, who looked unsure. He then turned to Byakuya, who remained silent.

Hell, he would act the same—do not ask the sis-con for his input.

"...I need to inform the Head Captain," Toshiro finally said.

Maybe the Head Captain could put some sense into the boy. From what they gathered, Sora was quite afraid of that man.

A/N

How many bets on Sora fear of Yama vanishing, even as far as maybe going to say fuck your rules.
