Rage

Brian's body trembled under the weight of his father's killing intent, beads of sweat forming on his forehead. Yet, as he recalled the features of the old man and the damage inflicted by that kick, his blood-red eyes burned with resolve as he stood firm before his father.

As Birus was about to leave the wooden house, he couldn't help but ask about the family behind this incident:" Son, which family dares to bully us in New York City? I'll pay them a visit myself."

Hearing this, Brian grew excited, his spirit lifting and chest puffing up.

How long has it been since his father made a move, even he as his oldest son had forgotten the last time this happened,' Finally father decided to move,' At that moment, his chest was etched with pain for a split second, making him frown,' Damn it, it's not healed yet. Just you wait old man, I'll return that gift twicefold.'

Turning his head to look at his father's figure in front of the door, Brian respectfully replied," Father, it's not a family that bullied your youngest one, but it's the brat who you ordered me to monitor during the cultivation test and send an invite if his talent was..."

Before Brian could even finish his words, he felt a sharp wind brushing his face, and in the next second, his body, which was kneeling on one knee, got kicked several meters into the air, breaking the wooden house in the process.

Bam!

Brian rolled tens of meters down the mountain, breaking many trees and plants in the process. Even rocks crashed under his terrifying body strength.

Then he stumbled into an ancient thick tree whose trunk was so durable that it barely supported his body.

Sound waves echoed in the silent mountain with each passing second...

Subsequetnly, blood started flowing out of Brian's mouth, nose and even ears, his nose broke and several bruisers filled his body.

His face was in a complete mess, and even Antony would have a hard time recognizing his brother in this state.

"Fat...Why?" Brian struggled to speak, still not comprehending what had just happened.

Right after, Biru's figure appeared out of thin air before him, his long white hair fluttering in the wind along his martial arts robe. Looking at his son's pitiful state, Biru's eyes didn't blink in the slightest as he moved his hand and grabbed his hair," Not enough, you need to feel more pain so that every time you are about to use power in front of people weaker than you or go against my orders you recall this pain."

Slap...Slap...Slap

From one side to another, Birus kept slapping his son as hard as he could, although he didn't use his cultivation. Brian didn't defend himself using qi, so his body wasn't fortified in the slightest, and he felt a sharp pain in his skull each time a slap came his way.

After a full minute of continuous slapping, Birus finally stopped, blood that wasn't his dripping out of his hand," Keep that pain in your memory and be grateful that it was your father punishing you for your ego and overbearing attitude. If it was someone else except me, you would have lost a hand or two after your actions of trying to kill a mortal student in public." Right after, Birus vanished, his figure appearing at the foot of the mountain.

"It seems like I'll have to repay the old man for saving my family's life. Sigh. I should have known that too much strength and influence would make my sons egotistical." Birus looked at the sky in thought.

'Other than the human rights organization retaliation. I do hope my share in the thirty-year plan isn't affected by what my son did.'

Many young men and women sat together in a pavilion shrouded by smoke-like mist. Some wore fancy suits, some casual clothing, and some appeared aloof and indifferent to the whole matter, wearing clothes of unknown origins.

A hazy fog surrounded all of them, and they radiated intense auras despite their age. If placed in any tournament or gathering of young talents, they would automatically be chosen at the top of any of them.

It would even be a disgrace to compare them to other talents since their backgrounds and way of life were worlds apart and different from any genius in America.

The weakest among them was already at the third stage of the qi gathering stage and was qualified to look down on people from the older generations of some low-class families, let alone the younger ones.

In the vicinity of the group, numerous cars are parked in every direction around the pavilion. Each car is accompanied by a cultivator of at least the Foundation Establishment 3rd stage or higher, tasked with ensuring the safety of their respective young masters.

If the cultivators outside saw them all, they might piss their pants in horror.

The young generation of the most powerful families!

All of these kids were from the most powerful families in America and held a terrifying background, with some of them even having roots that could be traced to the ancestors of cultivation on earth. Right now, all of them were busy discussing a couple of their friend's matters.

"I never thought the director would shield him and hide his whereabouts. Is he truly just a poor kid?" Antony seethed in anger.

He had sent several of his guards to look for Yasuo and bring him before him, yet even after a whole night of continuous searching, they found no traces of him or his parents. It was as if a hole had opened in the ground and swallowed them all together.

Antony didn't know the director's reasoning behind his actions. Although protecting Yasuo for the duration of high school was reasonable given his identity as a student under his wing, it didn't make sense that he would protect him after the cultivation test.

"No matter what the price is and how well the director shields him, I'll make him pay the price for offending me and humiliating me all these years!"

A beautiful girl with an indifferent expression and eyes full of awe-inspiring killing intent put her snow-white long sword on the table before her.

She was Sara, one of the first-row students who also had to pay that monthly fee!

However, at this time, her calm demeanor was long gone, and only rage filled her heart.
