It's a immature self-insert type story. That doesn't necessarily mean it's garbage but don't expect amazingly written characters and plots. It is good for just something casual to read through tho. I hope the author continues to get better if they're interested in doing this long term.
1 star story development, like gaddamn, this made me puke lol, these fake ass beeeches made into wholesome characters... this maybe an AU 1 star character design, hero syndrome and robotic, like auto mission auto feelings auto love, lol 3.4 for sure

"I get that it’s a fanfic, but this feels like something written by a five-year-old. There’s no plot, no structure, no emotion. The first three chapters were a total 'WTF'. Seriously, you save a kid and get five wishes without any kind of restriction? Then you find out you have a family and a girlfriend in this new body, but don’t even bother to send a single message to let them know you're alive — yet you say you love her too much to think about her? Not to mention no one suspects a guy running around with two Desert Eagles as a sniper taking out hundreds of enemies. LMAO.
