When Milim Nava, the Dragon Empress, arrived in her universe, she was greeted by an endless expanse of stars, nebulae swirling in radiant chaos, and planets bursting with life and destruction alike. Unlike Rimuru, who approached his universe with careful precision, or Guy, who ruled with dominion and might, Milim had no predetermined plans.
Instead, as she floated above a planet with three suns, she placed her hands on her hips and pouted. "Hmm... What do I even do first?"
Unlike her fellow Keepers, Milim had no subordinates yet. She hadn't brought anyone with her—no aides, no successors, no generals. It was just her, alone, in an entire universe brimming with potential.
She spun around, her long pink hair flowing in the void of space. "Alright! First things first! I need to find myself some cool, strong warriors!"
She grinned, her draconic eyes glowing with excitement. Unlike the others who meticulously planned their laws before anything else, Milim thrived on instinct and adventure. She would figure things out as she went along.
And so, the journey to find her Destroyers and Supreme Kais began.
The First Planet: Zorath, the War World
Milim's first stop was Zorath, a planet that was in an eternal state of war. Colossal mechas clashed in the skies, while enormous beasts fought against technologically advanced warriors on the ground. There was no peace, only endless battle, and that excited Milim more than anything.
She descended from the sky, her mere presence disrupting the battlefield. Energy blasts fizzled mid-air, warriors turned to gaze at the glowing figure floating above them, and the entire war seemed to pause.
One of the largest warriors, clad in obsidian armor that crackled with blue lightning, stepped forward. His voice boomed across the field.
"Who dares interfere with the Eternal War of Zorath?"
Milim grinned, cracking her knuckles. "Me! I'm Milim Nava, the strongest being in this universe! And I'm looking for warriors strong enough to be my Destroyers! You interested?"
A moment of silence. Then, the warrior laughed—a deep, booming sound.
"Strength must be proven, not declared, little one."
Milim's grin widened. "I was hoping you'd say that!"
And with that, she punched the warrior through three mountains, sending shockwaves that reshaped the battlefield itself.
The warlords of Zorath quickly realized the truth—this being was beyond their comprehension. Their entire war was nothing compared to the sheer overwhelming might of the Dragon Empress.
After the battle, the warlord knelt before her, bloodied but grinning.
"You are truly a force beyond gods. I shall follow you… but only if battle remains a part of your rule."
Milim placed a hand on her chin, thinking. "Hmmm… I don't want pointless wars, but I like the idea of warriors getting stronger! How about this? We'll have official universal tournaments where the strongest will always have a chance to prove themselves!"
The warlord bowed. "Then I accept, Empress of the Universe."
And thus, the first Destroyer of Universe Three was chosen.
The Second Planet: Thaloria, the World of Knowledge
Milim's next destination was Thaloria, a planet where scholars, inventors, and mystical sages gathered. Unlike the brutal warriors of Zorath, this world thrived on wisdom, research, and the pursuit of cosmic truths.
Milim, however, was bored out of her mind within the first five minutes.
She sat on a floating chair made of energy while a group of robed philosophers debated metaphysical concepts.
"Blah, blah, blah! Do any of you actually fight?" she finally interrupted, flailing her arms.
The oldest sage adjusted his glasses. "Power without wisdom leads to ruin, Great One."
Milim blinked. "Wait, that actually sounds kinda cool. Say it again!"
The sage sighed. "Power without wisdom leads to ruin. Those who wield strength without understanding cause destruction without purpose."
Milim grinned. "Alright! You! You're gonna be one of my Supreme Kais!"
The scholars gasped. The old sage raised an eyebrow. "And why would I accept?"
Milim floated up and crossed her arms. "Because knowledge without action is useless! What's the point of all this wisdom if you don't use it to shape the universe?"
A long silence. Then, the old sage chuckled.
"Perhaps you are wiser than you appear, Dragon Empress."
Milim smirked. "Of course! I may not act like it, but I'm super smart!"
And thus, the first Supreme Kai of Universe Three was chosen.
Over the next few months (though time meant little to her), Milim traveled across her universe, finding more warriors, rulers, sages, and champions. Unlike the other Keepers, who selected only a few figures, Milim handpicked dozens of individuals from different planets.
Her universe was not ruled through order or fear—it was ruled through passion, battle, and constant growth.
Her Destroyers were not merely gods of destruction—they were warriors, champions, and gladiators, overseeing the strong and ensuring that civilizations did not fall into complacency.
Her Supreme Kais were not just creators—they were mentors, challengers, and visionaries, shaping the cosmos through wisdom and competition.
Milim sat on a floating crystalline throne, surrounded by her newly appointed Destroyers and Supreme Kais.
She grinned, slamming her fists together. "Alright! Now that we've got the team, it's time to set the rules!"
Strength Must Always Be Challenged – No civilization can grow stagnant. Every world must have trials, tournaments, or challenges to push its people forward.
The Strong Must Protect the Weak… But Not Forever – Those in power must guide and protect, but not coddle. Every being must learn to stand on their own.
War is a Last Resort, But Combat is Eternal – Destructive wars are forbidden, but training, duels, and tournaments are always encouraged.
Knowledge and Strength Go Hand in Hand – Wisdom without power is useless, and power without wisdom is dangerous. Both must be pursued.
The Dragon Empress is the Final Judge – In cases of universal conflict, Milim's word is absolute.
Beerus watched with an amused expression as Milim's universe took shape.
"She's doing things in her own way," he muttered, sipping his divine nectar.
Erza, one of his wives, chuckled. "It's unpredictable, but effective. Her universe is… thriving in a chaotic harmony."
Whis smiled. "Milim has always ruled with heart rather than logic. But sometimes, that's exactly what a universe needs."
Velzar smirked. "If nothing else, it'll be fun to watch."
Beerus leaned back. "Indeed. Let's see how far her rule takes her before someone rises to challenge her."
And thus, in Universe Three, the reign of the Dragon Empress Milim Nava began—a realm where battle and wisdom walked hand in hand, where no one remained stagnant, and where strength was always tested.
