Chapter 16. The Trump Cards

The battle between Takshak and Kharos was settled, and the winner was Kharos.

Meanwhile, in Cage 9, Nyxara and Lilithra encountered each other on the battlefield. As the tournament was a solo competition, Lilithra and Nyxara became opponents, with only one able to advance to the next round.

Lilithra, without wasting a second, used her succubus powers to weaken Nyxara. She then summoned her Lust Scythe and charged at her. Nyxara, affected by Lilithra's power, countered by summoning her dead soldiers—specifically, the Tanks. The Tanks intercepted Lilithra's attack with their shields. However, Nyxara quickly undid the Tanks, revealing Dead Warriors behind them, who immediately launched an attack on Lilithra.

Lilithra realized that if she wanted to stay in the tournament, she had to act fast. She enhanced her defense to its maximum level, reducing the damage from the Dead Warriors' attacks. This maneuver, however, cost her two-fifths of her mana. Exhausted but determined, Lilithra enhanced her speed slightly and charged toward Nyxara.

Nyxara, unable to follow Lilithra's movements, was struck by the Lust Scythe, resulting in the loss of her arm.

"See, you're my closest friend, and I really don't want to hurt you. It's just because of the tournament. I hope you don't hold any grudge against me," Lilithra said.

Nyxara replied, "Are you stupid? Why would I hold a grudge against you?"

The battle continued fiercely. Nyxara decided to play her ultimate trump card—she summoned Scylla, a multi-headed sea monster from Greek mythology. Scylla, known for inhabiting the Strait of Messina opposite Charybdis, was a terrifying force. Nyxara had learned to summon Scylla after intense training before the War of Meldara.

Scylla attacked Lilithra with a continuous barrage of moves, forcing her into a corner. Lilithra knew she had to eliminate Scylla before she could defeat Nyxara, but the strength of the monster was overwhelming.

Lilithra increased both her speed and attack power, burning through three-fifths of her mana—now more than half depleted. She managed to sever one of Scylla's heads using her Lust Scythe. However, Scylla retaliated by using its tail, sending Lilithra flying. The immense damage took its toll on her body.

Scylla's strength was proportional to its summoner's power, and to make matters worse, it could regenerate itself as long as Nyxara had mana.

Lilithra decided to use her trump card. She chanted, "Succubi Lust: Lilith's Cloth."

This was a transformation that drew power from Lilith, the first succubus from Jewish mysticism, known for her defiance against subservience. In this form, Lilithra's power, speed, and defense increased dramatically, and her appearance became so captivating that any man would instantly become her slave.

In this state, Lilithra charged toward Scylla with immense power. Recognizing the danger, Nyxara decided to join Scylla in the fight.

Lilithra, using her Lust Scythe, severed Scylla's tail. However, Nyxara's Dead Archers launched arrows at Lilithra, forcing her to dodge. Scylla, using its regeneration, attacked Lilithra again, throwing her to the ground.

Despite the damage, Lilithra struggled to her feet and used her speed to close the distance to Nyxara. Nyxara, seeing Lilithra approach, summoned her Tanks again in a desperate attempt to stop her. However, Lilithra, with her enhanced speed and power, destroyed the Tanks effortlessly. She then landed a devastating kick on Nyxara, sending her flying near Scylla.

Flashback: Before the War of Meldara

"Listen to me! Why are you attacking me? I summoned you! I am your mistress—you have to obey me!" Nyxara yelled as Scylla refused to listen to her. Nyxara realized she lacked control over the sea monster.

Present Time

Nyxara fell near Scylla. The monster looked at her with anger.

"You think you can control me, a mere devil? I reject such dominance!" Scylla roared. It chanted a spell, and a beam of light emerged from its mouth, striking Nyxara. Unable to defend herself due to exhaustion, Nyxara was disqualified from the tournament. Scylla disappeared with her, being tied to her mana.

Lilithra whispered, "You summoned something that caused your own defeat, Nyxara. Next time, learn to control that beast. But I'm impressed with your growth."

As she spoke, a regular-ranked soldier took advantage of her weakened state and pierced her abdomen with a sword. Despite her injuries, Lilithra prepared to fight back. However, her transformation was abruptly canceled as her mana was fully depleted.

Flashback: Before the War of Meldara

"That technique is incredible, but you shouldn't use it for too long," said Cynthia, the Commander of the Velvet Temptresses. "It consumes your mana like crazy. Unless you master it or secure a massive mana source, avoid it."

Present Time

The soldier stabbed Lilithra again, repeatedly, until she died in the Celestial Cage, resulting in her disqualification.

The battle's result: Lilithra vs. Nyxara. The winner was Lilithra, but she was disqualified due to her defeat by the soldier.

Meanwhile,

In Cage 10, a battle commenced between an Elite Rank Succubus, Lyssendra, and a Demon Soldier, Erytheia, associated with fire magic.

Erytheia, overconfident, initiated the battle with a flamethrower attack aimed at Lyssendra. Using her agility, Lyssendra dodged the attack and countered with her spell, "Love Juice." The spell unleashed a sticky liquid that rained over Erytheia, significantly slowing her movements.

Erytheia retaliated with another flamethrower. Lyssendra, unable to avoid the attack in time, took a devastating blow. However, she quickly regenerated herself, her resilience on full display. Without hesitation, Lyssendra used her speed to close the gap between them and touched the center of Erytheia's chest, chanting the spell "Eternal Lust."

Eternal Lust subjected Erytheia to unparalleled sexual pressure, raising her body heat to an unbearable level and intensifying her arousal to its peak. Overcome by the spell, Erytheia could no longer focus on the battle.

Erytheia, completely enthralled by the effects of Eternal Lust, began playing with her body openly. She let out uncontrollable moans, her face flushed with excitement. The realization that thousands of devils were watching her every movement only heightened her arousal. As she embraced her rising desire, her shamelessness escalated, and she started tearing apart her own clothes, piece by piece.

Her excitement soared as she imagined how the crowd's eyes were glued to her, watching her every action. The more attention she felt she was receiving, the more frenzied her movements became. She continued to strip herself, her moans echoing throughout the arena.

Lyssendra, taking advantage of Erytheia's vulnerable state, activated her ultimate move, "Soul Extraction."

Soul Extraction is a devastating spell capable of instantly defeating an opponent by extracting their soul. However, it has a strict condition for activation: the opponent must experience intense sexual pleasure, and the caster must be the source of that pleasure.

As the spell struck Erytheia, her soul was forcefully ripped from her body, leaving her lifeless and resulting in her disqualification from the tournament.

The crowd erupted in stunned silence, followed by murmurs of disbelief and awe. They had just witnessed an Elite Rank Succubus defeat a Demon Soldier, something many thought impossible.

Meanwhile, high above the arena, Asmodeus sat with a cold, calculating gaze fixed on Ignis. He muttered to himself, "When will he summon it?"
