Alara stayed silent. 

"A killer can't be a wife much less a mother. So why don't you make things easier for me and disappear. Rae will never marry you and your baby can't be raised by a killer  ". she added. 

She felt a gush of wind blinking but then gasped . 
Alara had her table knife down on her neck , the coldness of both the steel on her neck and look in her eyes sent shivers down her spine.

"Love put the knife down " Rae said to Alara. 
Ivana gulped still staring into the cold blood thirsty eyes down on her. 
she didn't seem to want to move . 

Rae stood up and gently took her hand from Ivana's neck , "Come on , let's get you some cake " he said to Alara. 

Suddenly her eyes turned soft as she dropped the knife and followed her fiancé off to the kitchen.

Aurora walked out of the bedroom meeting her son .

"She's awake but can't stop crying, she's looking for you " she said to him.

Her teary eyes noticed the still red chin and the cut on his lower lip and she cried even more.

"I did that ...am sorry " she cried louder.

"Am okay , it was an accident " he said.

"But I hurt you ...and I saw blood ...I did " she frowned trying to remember.

The door opened and his mother walked in with the doctor following behind her.

"You feel better now ?" She asked Alara .

"Rae said you fainted after seeing his blood and I couldn't believe it " said Aurora .

"I don't know what happened , seeing his blood scared me " she let out.

Mother and son gazed at each other as silence followed.

Alara noticed the doctor , "Doctor anything good?".

"You blood has the perfect Bcells to remove the toxins from his body " he said.

"Great , then let's do it " she smiled.

"How much blood do you need from her to be able to help him?" Aurora asked.

Before the doctor could reply Alara spoke up.

"You don't need to tell us that , just get ready for me. I will be there soon" she spoke.

"Mother ,am sorry but can I speak to Rae alone "

"Can't we think about this again" he breathed.

"Love ,I know that you rarely express it but you do love and care for your grandfather "

"I do but I can't risk putting you in danger . We can try something else we still have time ".

"No we don't , so please let me do this. I want to help him so let me do it ".

He nodded moving closer and carrying her off the bed.

"What are you doing ?" She giggled.

"Taking you myself, I need to be there just incase something wrong happens " he let out.

As they got down the stairs she muttered.

"After this can we talk about Adrain?"

When they got to there , Alara got ready to give her blood.

Rae kept glaring at the as he took the syringe to her arm. Alara didn't flinch or move but Rae did.

"Am fine , am used to this. Back at the organisation they used to stick needles in me all the time "

"Remember I was mostly a lab rat for there experiments . It how my body was able to have this ability " she explained.

She could see the anger in his eyes.

"I should have crushed them more if I knew about this " he murmured.

"How long will it take to get the antidote?".

"As fast as we can. As you know we don't have much time " he said.

But staggered alittle before she could get her balance.

"What's wrong ?" Rae was by her side.

"Am fine ...just alittle dizzy " she smiled.

"You need to rest now and drink alot too" said the doctor.

Rae took her in his arms again and walked away.
