Under the moonlight, beside the grave, Harry Potter and Voldemort stood face to face.
"Very well," Voldemort said softly, raising his wand. The oppressive weight on Harry's back vanished. "Now, look at me—like a man... Stand tall, just as your father did when he met his end..."
"Now—we duel."
Voldemort raised his wand,
Harry raised his finger,
and Voldemort turned into a sheep.

As an owl carrying a Hogwarts acceptance letter embarked on its journey, as Hogwarts welcomed a Harry Potter who had saved the entirety of Baldur’s Gate, and as an outdated Voldemort crossed paths with a Savior who had trained in another world...
The gears of fate were destined to spin onto an unforeseen path.
No consistency in the story at all, good writing technically but the story is just plain bad Try to read the first 10ch to judge for yourself
This is a new review. I removed the previous one. The first 20 to 30 chapters, I didn't really like them, but I didn't have anything else to read. So, I continued reading this story. Now I'm at chapter 50. I think I actually like it now. So, if you can push through the first 20 or so, have at it. (Maybe Stockholm Syndrome)

the concept of the story is amazing, however the execution of the idea is less than perfect. the thing I have the most issue with this entire story is the author's lack of understanding of dungeons & dragons or just baldur's gate itself. the writing quality is so mixed that I have to assume that this is a translation because I cannot think of a reason the quality would be this mixed otherwise.
I surprisingly good for what the premise makes one believe it would be. I won't go into any detail here, since it's free and you can just read it.
