YOU SHALL NOT PASS

Meanwhile, Seven Howell was having a hard time against the teachers. After bursting through the door of the hall, he thought he has finally escaped their hold, so he ran at a steady pace towards the large school gate. Good stars, the distance to the gate was just too large and he feared they might catch up with him. Not that he was scared of the teachers, but he didn't want any disturbance carrying out his erratic decision, plus the fact that he wasn't sure if he could beat all the teachers at once if they teamed up against him.

Just when he thought nobody was after him, a swift wind with a yellowish shade blew past him and went a few more metres before stopping. When it stopped, it turned out to be Amelia Grenn the small teacher who doesn't like being called small.

From Seven's assessment, she obviously has the super speed quirk because nobody could have caught up with him with that great distance between them. Amy crouched low before Seven with her legs and arms wide apart. Her eyes looked washed and dangerous even for her height. "You shall not pass," she screamed.

"I shall," Seven replied.

Seven gathered large torrents of air around him and aimed it at Amy. But she moved out of the way with insane speed. Seven of course had already predicted this move, so he threw two more at both sides in case she dodges left or right. She dodged the first attack to the right with a small quick hop on her toes. The second attack aimed to the right was coming right at her, and it looked like she wouldn't be able to dodge this one.

But at the last minute, instead of moving left or right to dodge, she moved forward at a speed faster than the first. Any onlooker from the side would see that this move left a blurred figure of her behind. It was like an accurately shaped white dust that blew right out of her as soon as she moved.

With his own wind quirk blocking his view, Seven thought he had succeeded in hitting her only to see her coming straight at him after going through his attack. "What?" he gasped.

"You think you're the only one here who can perform the phantom evasion? I SAID YOU SHALL NOT PASS!" Amy was furious.

Two steps at Seven and Amy jumped in the air, spinning at a graceful angle before landing a hard kick on Seven's chin. Seven's head was forced backwards by the strong blow. The ground gave way under his feet as he went spiralling into the air. Two swift kicks followed his flight, One to the groin, another to the stomach.

With a loud thud, he crashed on his back.

Amy stood above him, staring white-faced down at him. "Stay down, last warning."

But Seven was unfazed. "What rank are you? Roll up your sleeves, let me see."

Amy only grew the more angrier. "Don't ask nonsense questions."

"Oh, I forgot. The teachers' ranks are not shown so students don't know how powerful or how weak you are..."

"I said, SHUT UP!" She swung her right leg and tried to kick Seven's face once again. But Seven raised his hand and held her feet firmly, blocking the kick and capturing her at the same time.

"With no level of respect intended, you teachers are fools. Are you standing over me right now to stall for time so others can come to capture me? You're so weak that you can't capture me yourself... Anyway, I don't even care."

Seven stretched his free leg under Amy's open legs and sent a wicked kick straight at the small of her back. Amy stumbled forward but her right foot was still in Seven's hold, so she fell down hard against the ground as she couldn't carry the second foot.

Seven sprang up instantly, still holding her leg. With a swift yank, he lifted Amy effortlessly in the air, spun her a few times before releasing her to fly straight at the nearest building. But he want done yet.

With his outstretched palms, he sent strong gusts of wind after her flying figure, pushing her faster towards the wall.

With a sickening crunch, she crashed hard against the thick wall, bruising her beautiful face and breaking her left arm. The impact was so much that some concrete chipped off of the wall. She flopped awkwardly on the ground, looking more unconscious than not.

"I'm sorry, you're my favourite teacher so far but I just had to do this. You lot can't stop me from doing what I want," Seven said. He dusted his shirt and started moving towards the gate again.

He hasn't moved more than twenty steps when he heard a voice behind him again. "If I'm your favourite teacher then you have to do what I say. I SAID YOU SHALL NOT PASS!"

Seven was shocked to hear Amy's voice again. He looked behind him to see how she coped. By all right, she was not supposed to be standing and yelling like that since she appeared unconscious a while ago. But when he checked, he couldn't find her there again.

What happened next, happened so fast that Seven didn't have any time to react. A wind swept past him, then he felt a light touch on his left shoulder. He turned swiftly to punch her off, but he only hit thin air. One moment, Amy was in front of him, another moment, she was behind him. The only thing he could see was blurred yellow lines flashing past him from different directions. Seven sent gusts of wind sporadically, aiming to at least hit her in her tracks, but he'd always miss.

After a while, all he could see was a perfect whitish blur going round him at incredible speed. He only saw traces of Amy and not her real self. The speed picked and there was nothing he could do but turn round and round trying to get where she was.

Finally, the perfect circle broke at a point so Seven thought he has seen a perfect opening, but as soon as he moved, a bone-cracking kick hit him so hard in the groin that it sent him flying even higher than he made Amy fly.

Then, what followed was more than a rain of kicks. Kicks hit Seven from different angles at the same time. There was no breathing space to react even.

"I..." a kick.

"...SAID..." another kick.

"...YOU..." a hard kick.

"...WILL..." a very hard kick.

"...NOT..." a much harder kick.

"...PASS!" the king of all kicks, straight at Seven's face.

Seven passed out...
