“Resonance Duel: Lightning and Time”

Return to Rex and Kyro

From a distant vantage point, Rex and Kyro observed the unfolding events from an elevated position.

"That's him," murmured Rex. "Ezryel. The guy who trained under Echo. I didn't expect to run into him this soon."

"Why?" Kyro asked.

"Because he's a tough opponent," Rex replied. "Unpredictable, but damn good. If we want a chance against him, we need to rethink our strategy."

Kyro watched as Ezryel and Neo slowly advanced toward each other, both ready for another fight.

"Maybe we should observe him. See how he fights."

Rex nodded thoughtfully. "Good idea. But we keep our distance. Ezryel isn't someone to underestimate."

The tension hung heavy in the air. As Neo and Ezryel prepared for battle, Rex and Kyro knew: the Wolf Ritual had only just begun – and the true monsters were starting to reveal themselves.

Lightning vs. Time

The air in the massive warehouse crackled with energy. Sparks erupted as Ezryel, surrounded by lightning-charged resonance, shot through the shadows of the hall. Neo, moving at an incredible speed, attempted to keep up with Ezryel's pace, while Nia remained in a defensive stance, ready to intervene at any moment.

Neo took a step forward, his gaze sharp and focused. "Speed isn't everything. I'll show you how good I really am."

With a sharp hiss, a massive wave of pure lightning energy burst from Ezryel. The Flashes of lightning lashed through the air like living entities, striking the metal beams of the hall and sending sparks raining down. Without hesitation, Neo leaped forward—and shattered time around him.

Time Fracture

For a fleeting moment, the world around Neo slowed. He could perceive Ezryel's movements in slow motion, while his own actions accelerated. Neo darted out of the path of the first lightning strike, the air swirling behind him as he cut through the space like a phantom. In mere seconds, he was behind Ezryel, launching an attack but Ezryel had already noticed his movements.

"Not bad," Ezryel murmured, though his grin remained unchanged. In the blink of an eye, he had released the amulet, and the lightning surrounding him surged upward in a sudden burst. Neo kicked off the ground and twisted away, but in that instant, Ezryel flickered—and reappeared directly in front of him, as if he had bent time itself.

"You're fast," Ezryel remarked, and suddenly, his speed surged to an unimaginable level. The world around him began to accelerate once more. The lightning grew denser, faster—Neo could barely keep up with the sheer speed.
