Raymond was in the living room with his parents. His father had just come back from a business trip and the family was celebrating it with a big feast for dinner.

Raymond drank a full glass of wine before gaining the confidence to say what he wanted to say.

Raymond said to his father with a little smile on his face.

Raymond's father, Mr Robert Byson stopped what he was doing then and gave his son his full attention.

"Finally you are getting engaged, but have you found out if Emma would be the one getting the company in the future."

A little frown surfaced in Raymond's face for a brief moment, but he responded to his father with a little smile.

"Yes. I have done that and Emma is not Mr Jefferson's biological daughter so she wouldn't be getting the company, Violet would be the one getting the company."

Raymond frown came back again when he said that.
