A comic book enthusiast gets hit with a truck and is reborn in an Alternate Marvel Comic/Movie/Series Verse with a cheat as Peter Parker! (Slow character development- will take time for him to change from being a guy who takes everything for granted after being reborn as someone with an OP cheat to a real hero).
Currently in the 2nd Arc: Shattered Webs. Romance has been introduced. The story won't be rushed/be sex based.

I don't understand how it has 4.9 rating. It's not the worst spiderman fic out there but it definitely doesn't deserve such high rating..... Even if we ignore the issue with him not receiving Peter's memories; the timeline are all wrong. It's been only few days he started working in oscorps but he already received monthly paycheck. He uploaded his first video the night before, next morning people asking tutorials to create Web-shooter, like how the do they even know that he is using Web-shooter. Lost interest after 15 chapters.

Nicely written! The sarcasm is so like the Spider-Man, but this needs something more engaging.. like romance and a pinch of drama!
Up to chapter 19 overall good spiderman fic which flows like fanfics such as "The Spider".....................................................................................................................................................
This story is amazing so far (I'm on the last chapter released, in this case chapter 10), the story has a great narrative, an incredible update rate and on top of that it gained a few more points for not having MJ as the romantic partner! (although I don't even know if there will actually be a romantic partner)

Enjoying the story so far. Sad that it isn't as long as the stories I typically read and you are currently on hiatus as of ch40. I like this MC and how he is still comedic as Spider-Man, but he isn't afraid to kill like the original. And since he is a transmigrator, he knows he needs to get stronger for the threats in the future, so I'm glad to see him still trying to get more power. He hasn't gone all out yet, but I am excited for when that happens.
