They had decided to prepare the castle for their Big Brother first, to surprise him on his next visit. Therefore, none of them had the chance to explore it. Later, both of them were busy protecting the castle and thwarting the bandits' attacks repeatedly. But there was nothing in this Darkwood that should stop these kids from pursuing whatever they wanted right now. Arin was now the 'de facto ruler' of the entire Darkwood, after the Dark Raven had been obliterated along with their leader, Teraz. There was no one other than the Kingdom of Drihan or the Elves of Whispering Woods. However, since Teraz had formed such an intimidating force here, it meant both the Empires did not pay much attention to this parcel of woods. So Arin and his gang did not have any immediate concern to cease pursuing their agenda.
