Chapter 112: The Wisdom of Humanity

Chapter 112: The Wisdom of Humanity

Chang Wei ignored Kars and Wamuu's words. In an instant, his terrifying telekinesis took hold of them.

The composed expressions on Kars and Wamuu's faces immediately collapsed. They could feel it—a crushing pressure beyond imagination!

Chang Wei's telekinesis had been strengthened multiple times. While the T-virus hadn't surpassed the Blacklight Virus like the Divine Light Virus had, it was still a part of his body. Over time, it had been subtly enhanced alongside his evolution.

This had elevated Chang Wei's telekinesis to an entirely new level. He wasn't sure how he compared to the so-called "strongest telekinetic master in the universe," that octopus, nor whether he could crush Hell Tornado.

But against Kars and Wamuu, there was no issue at all. They might be able to resist mind reading and mental control, but Chang Wei's sheer strength was too overwhelming. Even at full power, they couldn't break free from his grasp.

Kars and Wamuu struggled frantically, their bodies beginning to transform. They hardened into shells—only for those shells to be instantly crushed by the immense pressure.

"AAAHHHHH!!!"

The two Ultimate Beings felt true terror and the looming threat of death. They howled instinctively, unable to understand what was happening. This fear was beyond their comprehension, yet it was an undeniable biological instinct.

Kars, realizing this, was in utter disbelief. Him? Losing composure out of fear?

What a disgrace. Did he still look like an Ultimate Being?

But now wasn't the time for such thoughts. Kars had no energy to spare for pride. His only thought was—Survive. Survive!!!

Chang Wei maintained steady pressure, curious if Kars and Wamuu could surprise him. Unfortunately, even as they were compressed into two tiny, peanut-sized particles, they never managed to break free.

"…I might be too strong."

After casually flexing in a humblebrag, Chang Wei absorbed the two particles. In this state, the Ultimate Beings had lost consciousness. Their vitality had surpassed that of the Pillar Men, yet it was still useless against him.

Chang Wei took a moment to sense the changes in his body. He could now freely transform into any lifeform on Earth. This was significant—although he had already absorbed the genetic data of multiple Earths across different worlds, JoJo's world contained many unique species. The Stone People alone were already absurd.

For Chang Wei, this was essentially an upgrade to his genetic database.

More importantly, he had acquired resistance to mind reading and mental control, as well as the ability to attack spiritual entities. He already possessed similar abilities, but he never minded adding more options to his arsenal.

"Excellent…"

With his absorption complete, it was time to collect the other valuable elements of JoJo's world.

The supernatural beings in this world were vast and diverse.

First and foremost was a terrifying truth, one that was clear yet deeply unsettling—

Souls.

Upon death, sentient beings in this world became spirits. Most ascended into the sky, their destination unknown.

To the people of JoJo's world, this was a mundane fact. But to an outsider like Chang Wei, it felt profoundly unnatural.

Where the hell did all these souls go?

Then there was the Ghost Girl's Alley in Morioh Town—a nexus between this world and the afterlife. Any soul that turned back within the alley would be dragged into Hell.

Apparently, according to Araki's rules, as long as you couldn't see it, you'd be fine. A blind person might wander through without a care.

And then there were the possibly real, possibly fake aliens… though they seemed more like Stand Users.

Other bizarre phenomena included:

Assassination Feng Shui: A combination of Chinese geomancy and the Stand Dragon's Dream, determining a person's fortune based on their position. Standing in an auspicious spot meant being protected by fate, while standing in an unlucky spot led to a chain of misfortunes.

Skyfish: A transitional species between vertebrates and invertebrates from 300–400 million years ago. They feed on heat, absorbing warmth through specialized cells beneath their skin. Targeted areas of the body suffer extreme heat loss, leading to illness. Their flight speed reaches 200 km/h.

The Mountain God: A deity in Japan's Millionaire Village. Any breach of etiquette within the village results in divine punishment—each violation causing the death of a close relative.

Rokakaka Demon: A creature from Japan's Rokakaka, existing solely to reproduce. After leaving offspring, it dies in front of its beloved, its body remaining in a death-like state while circulating blood. This situation often makes it seem like its beloved personally killed it, though it was actually an accident.

(The ultimate scumbag of supernatural creatures.)

Moon Rabbit: A deity worshiped by a Japanese family. Anyone who leaves their home on the night of the Mid-Autumn Festival is killed.

Four-Dimensional Beings…

The Cursed Jar…

The Symmetrical Demon…

The Cursed Painting sealed beneath the Louvre, which nearly got Rohan Kishibe killed.

JoJo's world was packed with eerie mysteries. It was hard to say if its supernatural elements were on par with Hellsing, but they were certainly in the same league.

Meanwhile, Speedwagon had witnessed the entire scene of Chang Wei consuming the two Ultimate Beings.

However, not knowing the difference between an Ultimate Being and a Pillar Man, he was shocked but not utterly horrified.

Chang Wei had deliberately refrained from letting the Ultimate Beings show off their abilities. No need to terrify the old man too much.

"Mr. Chang Wei, we've found the Arrow you were looking for."

Ten days later, Speedwagon stood before him, delivering the news.

"You found it?"

Chang Wei immediately got up. Lately, his only source of entertainment had been watching Stroheim lead Germany to its doom.

In this pre-nuclear era, Stroheim was nearly invincible—until he fell victim to human ingenuity. Tricked into a trap, his body was destroyed.

Even though Chang Wei had modified the Pillar Men's abilities, one individual could never outmatch an entire team of researchers.

Especially when, at this point in history, some of humanity's brightest scientific minds were concentrated in Germany.

So it was no surprise that Stroheim was taken down. The remnants of his bio-enhanced body were recovered by Germany for study, in hopes of discovering its weaknesses.

His final rampage left 28,127 dead, including 137 officers. Countless tanks and military equipment were lost, inflicting massive wartime damage on an already struggling Germany.

The worst part?

The losses had no strategic meaning or value.

It was a complete waste.
