Reborn a month before the apocalypse

Rex began the fortress construction and he then started negotiating with the contractors, ensuring that the highest quality materials are used and meticulously reviewing security plans.

My parents also started to buy different drugs and my mom especially, went to buy clothes for different seasons and I stored everything in my space. Then, I also received the guns and bullets that I ordered and I paid my friend the bills. It was expensive but worth it.

Days passed by and it was remaining two weeks before the apocalypse. I had not heard from my cute little furball in a long time. I know that it was going to be hard for Rex to fall in love with me but I can see that it won't be a long time.

Then I heard a familiar sound I haven't heard in days.

Then I saw my beloved cute furball.

"You hear that host. If you recruit these bodyguards, you would have the skills to fight and kill more zombies" the cute little furball said while flying around.

I was excited too. So I quickly called Rex and asked him if he could recruit very skilled bodyguards. He told me that he knew some people who could help. I went out for some days and bought anything I saw useful in the apocalypse. My parents gave me a lot of money and it was like a shopping spree. Then I heard the familiar sound and I was so happy because....
