Memories

I recall being at the market with my mom, a familiar place where I worked alongside her. We were on our way to the yard store to purchase some yards. Suddenly, I was struck by a car.

As I lay on the ground, my vision blurry, I saw my mom screaming. Blood dripped from my nose, and I caught a glimpse of a woman . I have no idea what happened to my mom or the other people at the market.

The woman drew a mysterious formation on the ground, and I watched in confusion. She, along with two other women, dripped their blood into the formation. As they did, the circle began to glow.

When the woman looked at the ground, I saw my old body lying there, badly injured from the accident. My arm had a deep gash, and I would have bled to death if not for their intervention.

The circle on the ground started to spin, and three drops of blood emerged from it. The blood entered my mouth, and I felt excruciating pain unlike anything I'd ever experienced.

Suddenly, my body began to regenerate at an incredible speed. The magic circle spun faster, and when it stopped, my body had fully healed. The circle vanished, and the three women smiled, saying "Success."

I opened my eyes to find that my irises had changed to a deep, crimson blood red. I quickly got up, feeling a surge of newfound strength. But as I stood, the women struck me, and I fell to the ground. One of them shouted, and I felt a sharp pain in my neck.

The next thing I knew, I was being carried through a portal and dropped onto my bed. As I looked around,oh now I realized why I woke up on my bed not remembering before.

"Follow me," she had said, and I agreed, eager to uncover the secrets she seemed to hold. She mentioned a meeting to discuss something, but I had no idea what to expect.

As we navigated the rooftops, I remembered the two other women who had been present during my transformation.

I tried to mimic the woman's movements, jumping from rooftop to rooftop, but my new body was still unfamiliar to me.

I struggled to control my strength, ending up breaking through the roof of a building and sending debris flying everywhere.

The woman looked at me with a mixture of amusement and concern. "Joseph, you need to work on your control,

" she said, before jumping to the next rooftop. I grunted, frustrated with myself. I felt like a wild animal, unpredictable and destructive.

I took a deep breath, trying to focus on my strength and the woman's movements. As we continued to navigate the rooftops, I caught glimpses of the city below.

The towering skyscrapers and neon lights seemed to stretch on forever, leaving me feeling disoriented and unsure of where I was or how I had gotten there.

The woman seemed to sense my unease and slowed down. "We're almost there," she said, "but you need to calm down." Her eyes gleamed with a mischievous light, and I felt a shiver run down my spine.

I was still trying to process everything that had happened. I was a monster now, a creature with supernatural strength and abilities.

But what exactly was I? A vampire? A werewolf? I was confused, unsure of what I had become.

As we reached the edge of the rooftop, the woman looked out over the city. I followed her gaze, my eyes widening as I took in the breathtaking view.

But as I looked out at the glittering lights, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was in over my head.

I was different now, a creature with no control over my powers. And the woman...she was a wild card, with her own agenda.

I turned to her, my eyes narrowing. "What have you done to me?" I asked, my voice low and rough.
