Chapter 251: Aggron and Lucario

Facing the incoming Geodude, the group of five showed varying degrees of panic and fear. The only one who seemed relatively composed was Chase.

However there was still a trace of terror in her eyes. It was only when she glanced at Julian standing beside her that her expression became calmer.

It was evident that this was the first time the five of them had encountered such a large number of wild Pokémon, and they were at a complete loss.

"Release your Pokémon," Julian said.

The group froze in embarrassment. In their fear and anxiety, they had completely forgotten to send out their Pokémon.

One of the boys reached for the Poké Ball on his belt, but in his panic, he fumbled it, and the ball fell to the ground.

"Cloyster!"

Chase quickly sent out her ace, Cloyster.

"Ice Beam!"

The freezing beam shot forward, encasing the leading Geodude in ice and forming a temporary ice wall.

Chase's Advenced-level Cloyster had no trouble dealing with the low-level Geodude—if there weren't so many of them.

Under the relentless attacks of the Geodude, the ice wall didn't last even a second.

The Geodude were now less than 100 meters from the train. At this range, any battle would risk the train getting caught in the crossfire.

"Aggron!"

Julian tossed out a Poké Ball and effortlessly caught it on its return.

With a flash of white light, a menacing steel behemoth appeared, standing like a towering mountain in front of the Geodude.

Boom!

The ground trembled slightly as Aggron landed.

Standing over six meters tall, the imposing Aggron did nothing but stand there, yet the Geodude froze in fear, unable to move.

The ferocious aura emanating from Aggron deeply unsettled them. It was as if taking even one more step forward would turn them into Aggron's meal.

It wasn't just the Geodude that were intimidated—Chase and the other four were also stunned by Aggron's overwhelming presence.

"Guard the train"

Julian instructed Aggron before heading toward the tunnel entrance.

The Geodude, seeing Julian approach, instinctively prepared to attack. But as they moved, a bone-chilling sensation gripped their souls.

Aggron glared at them savagely.

Geodude: 'My back itches. Just scratching it, that's all'

Raising their arms, they pretended to scratch their backs, then shuffled aside to clear the way for Julian.

Seeing hundreds of Geodude frozen in place, not daring to move, and even making way for Julian, Taylor's eyes sparkled with admiration. She sighed dreamily, "That's it—I'm done for. I'm going to die from how cool King Julian is!"

Then, She suddenly grabbed Chase by the arm. Seeing Chase's confused look, she blurted out, "Chase, you 'have' to introduce me to King Julian later! If you like him too, I don't mind being the third wheel."

"I'll even take care of you during your maternity leave."

Hearing this, Chase's face instantly turned red. She stammered, unsure of how to respond.

A nearby boy, noticing her reaction, glared enviously at Julian's departing figure. With a faint smirk, he said deliberately, "Taylor, stop dreaming. Do you even know who Julian is? He's the number one prodigy of our generation in Drakoria. His grandfather is now the sixth champion of Drakoria."

"A person like him would never look twice at someone like you."

"None of your business! I'd gladly chase after him even if I have to beg!"

Taylor retorted, shouting angrily.

She didn't notice the slight dimming in Chase's eyes beside her.

With Aggron stationed firmly nearby, the Geodude didn't dare to move. The train and everyone around it were now safe.

Click, click!

"This is the first time I've seen a Totem Pokémon! I need to take a few more pictures. Oh, how I wish I could get a front view!"

"If you're not afraid of dying, go ahead and stand in front of it."

---

At the tunnel entrance, the ten security team members' Pokémon were in various states of injury, with some critically wounded.

Their captain wasn't faring much better. He was locked in a grueling fight against the peak pseudo-Elite Golem, supported by dozens of Advenced-level Graveler.

He relied on the agility of his Ampharos and Raichu to hold his ground, barely managing to hang on, leaving him unable to assist his teammates.

Even so, Ampharos and Raichu were now in a precarious situation.

With their type disadvantage, a single hit could take either of them out of the fight.

If that happened, neither the team nor the passengers on the train would be safe.

"Raichu!"

The captain saw Raichu get grazed by a Graveler's Tackle. Although it didn't take much damage, it lost its balance.

The next moment, a Graveler leaped and smashed into Raichu, sending its rotund body flying like a ball.

Thud!

Raichu slammed into the mountainside, causing rocks to dislodge and tumble down.

Sliding down slowly, Raichu found itself surrounded by Graveler, their eyes gleaming with malice.

"Ampharos, go save Raichu!"

The captain shouted desperately. If Raichu fell into the hands of the Graveler, the consequences would be unimaginable.

Ampharos, already battling the Golem, was injured. Hearing its trainer's voice, it instinctively glanced toward Raichu.

But in that moment of distraction, the Golem used Rock Slide, sending boulders cascading down toward Ampharos.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

A series of crashes echoed as Ampharos was buried under the falling rocks.

The captain had realized the moment he ordered Ampharos to save Raichu that he had made a grave mistake. But it was too late. Ampharos distracted by his words had paid the price.

Now, with Ampharos buried and Raichu about to fall into the Graveler's clutches, the captain's face filled with despair.

Although he still had other Pokémon, they were all Advenced-level at best and stood no chance against the Golem, let alone the Graveler swarm.

Sending them out would only lead to their defeat.

"Lucario!"

Just as Raichu slid down the mountainside, on the verge of falling, a shadow flashed past.

The sleek figure of a Lucario appeared, catching Raichu in its arms. With a light step on the rock wall, Lucario pushed off, soaring gracefully into the air. It landed nimbly in front of the captain and gently placed the unconscious Raichu at his feet.

The Graveler, enraged that their prey had been snatched away, roared furiously and charged toward Lucario.

"Bullet Punch!"

Lucario moved with swift precision, its fists glowing silver with metallic energy. The punches were devastatingly powerful.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Three Graveler were sent flying like cannonballs.

But the next second even more Graveler rushed toward Lucario.

At the front, a few Graveler growled fiercely, triggering a massive Rock Slide above Lucario and the captain.

The captain's face turned pale as an avalanche of boulders came crashing down.

'So this is how it ends...'
