Chapter 252: Drakoria’s Double-Standard King

Just as the captain was about to be buried under the falling rocks, Lucario suddenly appeared by his side. With a powerful leap, it launched a flurry of punches toward the descending boulders.

Each punch was delivered at lightning speed, almost faster than the eye could follow.

In the blink of an eye, the falling rocks were shattered and sent flying in all directions.

Lucario landed gracefully.

The captain swallowed hard, staring at Lucario in awe, his voice trembling as he muttered, "So strong..."

"You idiot, can't you see someone standing next to the captain? That Lucario must belong to him."

The team members murmured among themselves, most wearing a mix of confusion and relief from their near death escape.

The captain said to Julian, who had now walked over to his side.

As the captain looked at Julian's young face, a flicker of recognition crossed his mind. It felt like he had seen him somewhere before, but he couldn't quite recall where.

Julian simply nodded.

Looking at the Golem and the dozens of Graveler not far away, Julian understood why the train's security team had struggled to resolve the issue.

The Golem was at the peak of pseudo-Elite strength, and with the addition of dozens of Advanced-level Graveler, it wasn't a situation the team could have handled alone.

"Extreme Speed," Julian said calmly.

"Luca!~"

With a soft growl, Lucario transformed into a streak of light. Its speed was so astonishing that it vanished from sight, becoming invisible to the naked eye.

The Graveler, realizing that Lucario had disappeared, began frantically looking around.

In the next moment, a Graveler was sent flying.

And then—

A series of impact sounds followed as Graveler after Graveler was struck and hurled through the air.

The security team members and the captain stared wide-eyed, watching as the Graveler were effortlessly defeated.

"King Julian, how could you not recognize him? You're such a fake fan. Weren't you just bragging about being his biggest fan?"

The team member's face turned red, and he stiffened his neck as he defended himself, "I couldn't see his face! Who can recognize someone just by their back?"

"A true fan could recognize him by just a toe!"

Julian: 'Are fans this amazing these days?'

Golem took a step forward after seeing its Graveler minions defeated and roared loudly.

Golem: 'Can I leave now?'

'Seriously? Saying the most cowardly thing in the toughest tone?'

Golem, realizing it couldn't beat Lucario, decided it wasn't worth taking a pointless beating.

Lucario: 'Experience points, don't just walk away.'

Golem saw the determination in Lucario's eyes and abandoned the idea of fleeing. Judging from the speed Lucario had just displayed, escape wasn't even an option.

With a resounding roar, Golem summoned reinforcements. The remaining hundreds of Geodude charged toward Lucario, leaving the fallen Graveler behind.

The roar also reached the Geodude near the train. These Geodude, initially intimidated by Aggron's imposing presence, hesitated but reluctantly advanced under their leader's orders.

"They're moving again!"

Seeing the approaching Geodude, the previously relieved group of five led by Taylor was alarmed once more.

However, the massive Aggron at the front of their formation took a single step forward. The ground trembled slightly under its weight, and its intimidating presence caused several Geodude at the front to hesitate again.

But it was too late. An aquamarine Dragon Pulse surged forth, brimming with violent energy, sweeping over the Geodude like a tidal wave.

In an instant, the dense swarm of Geodude was mostly cleared out, and those who survived were caught in the aftermath of the attack, sustaining heavy injuries.

With a single move, Aggron had taken down nearly two hundred Geodude.

Although the Geodude were relatively low-leveled, Aggron's sheer power was undeniable.

"Amazing!"

Taylor and her group were dumbfounded by the scene.

"If Aggron is this powerful, imagine how strong King Julian's Metagross must be!" one of the boys said, eyes filled with admiration.

"Why is Aggron moving forward?"

After finishing the fight, Aggron didn't stay in place. Instead, it began walking in the direction Julian had gone.

"It's going to find King Julian, obviously. Let's follow it," Taylor suggested.

The others nodded in agreement, except for the boy who had been unfriendly toward Julian because of Chase.

With the Geodude dealt with, the threat around the train had naturally been eliminated.

Curious to see what kind of battle Julian was engaged in, the group of five followed behind Aggron as it marched toward Julian's location.

Meanwhile, many passengers on the train had witnessed Aggron taking down nearly two hundred Geodude with a single attack through the windows. Excitement rippled through the crowd.

Many pulled out their phones to record the moment, and those who acted quickly had already uploaded the footage to TikTok.

Some of the uploaders were minor influencers, and the videos quickly gained attention.

Back at the battlefront, as over a hundred Geodude charged toward him, Lucario clasped its hands together.

A silvery-white beam burst forth from between its palms, sweeping from left to right like a scythe through a field of grain.

One by one, all the Geodude fell.

Julian ensured there were no fatalities. For wild Pokémon, as long as they hadn't harmed humans or his own Pokémon, Julian wouldn't take their lives.

Though just moments ago, the Graveler had nearly killed Raichu.

But then again, Raichu wasn't his Pokémon. If it died, so be it.
