I found my parents, King William, and Queen Clara, in the study, discussing trivial matters as if nothing was wrong. I burst into the room, my eyes burning with fury.

"Mother, Father!" I shouted, my voice echoing off the stone walls. "You have no idea what happened!"

King William looked up sharply, concern mixing with confusion.
