6. Battle for the Wolfs Den [ II ]
Morning rises, Silver wearing his battle armor ready to see the upcoming war as he walks slowly towards the soon to be battlefield
The makeshift wall and the preparation he ordered his men to be prepared are ready, all the men he brought are either sharpening their axes or sword while some are repairing their shield not wanting any mishap to happen when the battle begin, all of the men on the camp silver led already knew what awaits them when the sound of battle horn will be heard.
"Silver, you rest well princess?" Said Ganga seeing that Silver just woke up, he is the last person to actually come out from his tent as everyone else has already been preparing 2 hours ago, some even have already go to scouting duty after being ordered by Ganga to have secure the entire area near them and to scale up any possibility of the enemy cna exploit
"better then you can ask Ganga, sorry for that, I see you have been growing some brain after being with me for such a long time" silver said Jokingly with a smirk on his face not even bothered by Ganga teasing
Ganga got offended as he tried to grab nad give him some of his brain power yet Silver is still faster so he manage to get away, after the little banter with Ganga, Silver goes to the nearest lake as he go and wash himself up, he as a reincarnated person hate the thought of only bathing once a week
"sup clean freak, you haven't change one bit since you are a kid do you" Said a girl in her 15 same as Silver, she is Floria Agnusto a girl that are considered weird as her parents is a Viking and a Western race, she is an anomaly, but Silver never seen her as such which make her want to prove that she is worthy of being a Viking by proving that she is a capable sheild woman.
"For a girl who cries every single day because of one strike from me 5 years ago, you seems to grow to take 2 strike, and even starting to learn to be a perverted human being by peeking into a young man while he is bathing" Said Silver not even bothered to look back as he already knew whose voice it is and the fact that only her will be daring enough to do it.
"HUH?! I AM NOT A PERVERT, YOU ARE PERVERT YOU WHOLE ENTIRE GENERATION ARE PERVERT" She screams at Silver as he keeps making fun of her even her snow white skin turned bright red from anger
"again.. you and your short temper.. trust me one day it will bite back, so what do you need? I suppose you did not come just to peek and shout at me right?" Silver look back calmly after wearing his shirt back on.
Calming herself down and then adjusting herself, she looks at Silver getting a quick glance at the warriors body he had and then quickly gather her thought not wanting to get sucked into those 6 pack stomach
"I am giving a reports for the morning scout, all the area around the expected battle is cleared and secure from all the possibility of flank like you said, and right now all the men are doing light exercises while training the formation you asked us to train, what is it again? phalanx?" She explain calmly while adjusting her sheild and massaging her shoulder that are sore from the training
"I see, I told Bronfis that the formation would be called Packing Formation so its easier to say out loud and sent trough with a horn code, what about the enemy movement, any news?" Silver continue to ask
"by the end of Bronfis Harrassment last night, the enemy is still in a kind of dissaray and is still marching with vigilance as they clear the forrest we expect them to come around Afternoon while the sun hung high but if they are real careful till the end then it will be around 4 they will be coming" Floria ends her reports
"I see, you can go back Flo, thanks for letting me know, I will go back in a second" said Silver turning away coldly
'tck, you and your block of an ice dick' Floria thought before walking away, knowing that Floria has walked away, Silver turned and then look into the woods "Its about time you guys shows up you know, I am alone and all the cracking woods sound can be heard from miles away, you guys need to work on your stealth" He said while looking into one of the guys who has been watching by
"well well well, who would've thought that the daring enemy of our Vloders tribe is a boy who has only done his ceremony ckck, Cafur really is traumatized by the late Wolfs to a point he threaded the forrest so carefully" Said the men while weilding his weapon, after then men words ended, 4 other people come out from the woods with their armor and weapon ready to be used
'Vloders assasins? no.. they are scout.. 5 people is manageable but I should be careful as my body is not my prime yet' Silver thought as he glance at his weapon near the rock, and then glance back at one of the guy he already judge as the first target
after a moment of silence, one of the men from Vloders thrown his axe towards silver, He dodged and catch the handle of the axe mid air as he turned around sending the axe back towards the sender which he blocks using his sheild
Silver did not stood still as he jumped trying to get to his sword and to the land as fast as possible, one of the Vloders men catch up to him and are strike with his sword, Silver turned back kicked the man stomach while using his body as a foothold to ludge to his sword, he grab his sword in swift motion as he rolls on the ground standing up as fast as he can and drawing his sword in one swift motion
Before he even have enough time to get into his stances, 2 men already in his face with an axe and a sword striking from above and thrusting right into his face, Silver block the axe using his sword handle and punch the men who used a sword before his sword reach him, with the men getting punch flinch back he used the moment to kick the Axe weilder using his knee and slash his neck in a blink of an eye.
with one men down, the scouts realize that their enemy is no joking and mama sucking boy but a real warrior who is ready to kill them "He is not your avarage boy, be extra caref- XAFUY WATCH OUT!" Shout the leader of the scout as one of the men are charging angrily toward silver seems angered by the men who just died
with flurry of attack the men keeps shouting "DIE DIE DIE DIE DIE, HOW DARE YOU KILL MY BROTHER" as he keeps swinging wildly Silver Kick his axe and with slice his stomach with his momentum slicing open his stomach and killing him making it his second kill
while he is done with the second men, the 3 other start to get taking it more seriously and goes into coordination strike as they attack Silver, as they keep harrasing silver with their coordination silver keep on trying to keep up with the three way attack coming on his way
but then one of them make a mistake when he tried to bass his sheild but silver dodge it, with the opening Silver taking full advantage of his speed, ludge towards the opening sliding under him as he get up he turned and slice the men back, but the slice is not deep enough as the men wince in pain and the other two start to back by thursting a sword on Silver back
the sword piece his skin but did not hit any major organs, silver hold the sword in his body tightly as possible and kick the men future using his back leg as the men cruching down in pain silver swapped his sword in to his backhand and stab the men neck killing him while he gagged as blood splurging from his open neck
surprised by the sudden death on man hesitate to attack, that mere moment get taken by Silver as he flick the enemy sword up catching it using his free hand as his own sword still stabbed in the enemy neck, he then throws the sword towards the enemy cathing by surprise, the sword stuck on his face as he falls down devoid of life
the death of the fourth men makes the leader pales, but before he even have time to gather his thought up, Silver swiftly kicked his legs making him fall down hard in his side, he then stab his sword into the legs of the men as the blood splurt out, he stepped on it breaking it in the process, with the pained screams that are heard all the way to the camp, Silver grabbed the screaming man hair and dragged it towards the camp while his wound on his stomach are still bleeding
after a couple second walks, Ganga and Bronfis with 6 other men who are rushing towards the sound of the screams see Silver with bloodied blade and a man on his left getting dragged forcefully, they are not too far away from the battle took place and can see the bloodied mess Silver made
Ganga is stunned to see his Sworn Brother in such a state got angry seems ready to kill anyone who comes, and Bronfis is surprised by the wound thinking that the men in Silver hand who got dragged around are enemy Assasin sent to get him while he is alone
Silver look at the group of men sternly and drop his clutch on the men hair as he look at one men "Bring him back to the camp and tell someone to get him spill everythint he knew about the whole Vloders army" He ordered and start to tear a spare clothing to close his wound for a first aid
while the men that Silver ordered get back taking the scout leader with him, Bronfis get to know that Silver fought 5 experienced warrior and survive to tell the tales, making Bronfis nod in respect of his power and do not doubt his abilities no more
"what happened?" asked Ganga as he grab one of Silver arms and helping him walk, "Ugh.. can you at least get me to lay down before asking me anything you block head" Said Silver exhausted
"Right.. right.. sorry" Ganga knowing Silver wound felt bad as he only asked the situation not his health, so he brings Silver back to get treated
as the men get back Bronfis ordered all the men present to get ready, as their scout is so close meaning it will be soon when the entire army come
