After Crimson had left the meeting with General Ironwood and Winter Schnee, it didn't take long for him to spot his sisters and the rest of the group. They were huddled together, visibly fatigued, with heavy bags under their eyes and sluggish movements. Meanwhile, Penny was enthusiastically pointing at places and chatting non-stop, her excitement uncontainable.
Crimson coughed, the sharp sound cutting through the chatter. The group turned toward him, their tired faces lighting up slightly at the sight of his familiar figure. Penny, in her usual cheerful tone, exclaimed, "Crimson! Look at all these amazing places! Atlas is incredible, isn't it?"
Crimson gave her a small smile before gesturing toward the group. "Penny, they're exhausted. They haven't slept in a long while. I think it's time they got some rest."
Penny's expression froze for a moment as realization dawned on her. Her face turned a shade of pink, and she placed a hand over her mouth. "Oh no! How inappropriate of me! I've been keeping them up this entire time. My sincerest apologies!" She quickly turned to the group, bowing slightly. "Please, follow me. I'll take you to your rooms immediately!"
The group exchanged grateful glances with Crimson before trailing after Penny. As they reached their rooms, Penny excused herself, promising not to disturb them further. One by one, the group entered their respective quarters, visibly relieved to finally have a chance to rest.
Crimson lingered behind, following Raven to her room. She glanced over her shoulder at him, her expression guarded as usual. Crimson leaned against the doorframe, his gaze steady. "Aunt Raven, Atlas is the most advanced kingdom in Remnant. They have the technology to deal with your injuries. Your missing leg and fingers can be replaced. They might not be the same as the real thing, but it's better than what you're enduring now."
Raven looked down at her damaged hand, her expression softening for a brief moment. A faint smile tugged at her lips as she muttered, "You're always thinking ahead." Crimson straightened up and nodded. "I'll talk to Ironwood about arranging your treatment. Rest for now." Without waiting for a reply, he turned and left her to her thoughts.

The next morning, the group emerged from their rooms, looking far more refreshed. They chatted amongst themselves about their plans to upgrade their weapons, their spirits noticeably higher. As they prepared to leave, Crimson appeared before them, dressed in a pristine Atlas military uniform. The sight stopped them in their tracks.
"What the—" Yang began, her eyes widening.
Crimson smirked. "I'm officially a specialist now. It's my first day on the job, and I don't want to be late."
The group stared at him in astonishment, a mixture of envy and admiration in their expressions. "You get to start huntsman work already?" Nora pouted. "We still have to go through training!"
Qrow chuckled, leaning on his weapon. "he is stronger than all of us combined. If any of you were even one-tenth as strong as him, you'd be elite huntsmen by now."
The group nodded reluctantly, though they couldn't hide their admiration for Crimson's strength.

Crimson soon made his way to Ironwood's office, where the general and Winter were waiting. The two greeted him with professionalism, and Winter handed him a dossier containing detailed information. "These are the locations infested with Grimm," she said. "The scouts have provided all relevant details."
Ironwood clasped his hands behind his back. "You have full autonomy in the field, Crimson. I won't micromanage you. Do whatever you see fit. As for the team assigned to you, they're under your command."
Crimson nodded, his expression serious. "Thank you, General. I'll make sure it's handled." He turned to Winter. "Lead the way."
Winter escorted him to an airship docked and ready for departure. A small crew of soldiers stood waiting, their postures straight and disciplined. Winter introduced him to the team, her tone formal and precise. Once the introductions were complete, she stepped back, leaving Crimson to take charge.
Crimson surveyed the group, his sharp gaze assessing each of them. "This is your first mission under my command," he began, his voice calm but firm. "We're heading to Mosset Grotto."
The soldiers exchanged surprised glances, murmuring amongst themselves. "Mosset Grotto? That's a high-risk area," one of them whispered.
Crimson walked past them, stepping onto the aircraft. "Don't worry," he called over his shoulder. "You won't be fighting. Just leave everything to me."
The soldiers hesitated briefly before following him aboard, their curiosity piqued by his confidence. As the aircraft's engines roared to life, Crimson leaned back in his seat, his mind already focused on the task ahead. This was just the beginning

It had been three days since Crimson departed for his first mission as a specialist. His sisters and friends remained in Atlas, occupied with discussions about their weapon upgrades. Penny, as energetic as ever, had taken it upon herself to show them around, introducing them to every nook and cranny of the city. While her enthusiasm was appreciated, the group couldn't help but feel a little restless, eager to join the action.
The day after Crimson left, Ruby and Weiss decided to seek out Winter for answers about his mission. They found her in her usual composed state, reviewing reports in one of the many military offices.
"Winter," Ruby began, her silver eyes full of concern, "do you know where Crimson is? He's been gone for a whole day, and we haven't heard anything."
Winter glanced up from her work, her expression neutral. "Specialist Rose was assigned a mission that might take some time. I can't disclose the details, but rest assured, he's capable of handling it."
Ruby's shoulders slumped, her disappointment evident. "I wish I could go on missions like him…" she muttered.
Weiss placed a reassuring hand on Ruby's shoulder. "Our turn will come eventually," she said with quiet confidence.
Ruby nodded reluctantly, though the longing in her eyes didn't fade.

On the fourth day of Crimson's absence, the group found themselves in the training area. They were sparring and testing their weapons when the Ace Ops arrived. The elite team's presence immediately drew attention, their reputation as Atlas's finest preceding them.
"Looks like you're all hard at work," Clover said with a warm smile, stepping forward.
The two groups exchanged greetings, and soon enough, Nora brought up the topic on everyone's mind. "Crimson is super lucky. He's out there on a mission while we're stuck here!"
Elm grinned, crossing her arms. "Luck's got nothing to do with it. If you want to be out in the field, you've got to train harder. And let me tell you, Crimson's performance on his first mission left the entire army in awe—including us."
The group froze at her words, their expressions a mix of shock and curiosity. "Wait, what do you mean by that?" Jaune asked, his brow furrowed.
Before Elm could elaborate, Harriet interjected, her tone sharp. "Elm, maybe you shouldn't be sharing details with them."
Elm waved off the concern with a hearty laugh. "Oh, come on, Harriet. You're just salty because of our loss against Crimson."
Yang smirked. "No offense, but wanting to fight Crimson is just asking to get humbled."
Elm laughed louder, while Marrow shook his head. "Trust me, I don't want to fight that monster again. Once was enough."
Clover, stepping in with his usual calm demeanor, added, "It stung my pride to lose to him, but honestly, hearing what he's doing out there now… we are lucky he went easy on us."
The group leaned in, eager to hear more.
"Crimson's mission took him to Mosset Grotto," Clover explained. "It's an area to the east, heavily infested with Grimm. Atlas deemed the location unrecoverable due to the sheer number of Grimm and the massive reserves of dust buried there. Any large-scale operation would risk causing a disaster."
Elm nodded. "Right now, tens of soldiers are on their way to establish outposts to prevent more Grimm from reaching the area. As for the existing Grimm? Crimson's been dealing with them. Alone."
The group's jaws collectively dropped. "Alone?!" Nora exclaimed.
Vine, ever composed, chimed in. "It's estimated that Crimson has single-handedly killed nearly one thousand and five hundred Grimm in the past three days. He's cleared the area completely. Once the outposts are operational, he should be heading back."
Silence fell over the group as they processed the enormity of what they'd just heard.
"one thousand and five hundred…" Ruby whispered, her voice barely audible.
Yang crossed her arms, letting out a low whistle. "He's really something else, huh?"
Weiss, ever the pragmatist, nodded. "It's no wonder the general trusted him with such a mission."
Clover smiled faintly. "Crimson's not just a specialist at this point; he's a force of nature. And with him on our side, there's no telling what we can accomplish."
Elm added while laughing "There is a joke going on around saying if you have grimm problem, throw Specialist Rose at it"
The group exchanged glances, their resolve strengthening. They couldn't help but feel a spark of inspiration—and perhaps a little envy—at Crimson's achievements. They still had a long way to go, but one thing was certain: they would push themselves harder.
