Vhalrad (Inspired by Europe) – The Old World

Home to feudal kingdoms, declining empires, and merchant city-states. Dominated by constant wars between nobles and religious conflicts. Technology is limited to swords, spears, bows, and a few rudimentary inventions. The greatest power is the Eldan Empire, which seeks to unify the continent under its rule. The Kingdom of Valtheon dominates maritime trade, with its port cities thriving. The northern peoples, such as the barbarians of Gelidun, resist the influence of the southern empires.

Orkesh (Inspired by Africa) – The Land of Sands and Riches

A vast continent of deserts, savannas, and impenetrable jungles. Known for its ancient empires and wealth in gold, ivory, and spices. The Sultanate of Rashidar controls trade routes and challenges the kingdoms of Vharad. Inland city-states like M'Zara and Tahar-Kesh resist the sultan's rule. The southern warrior tribes follow their own traditions, defying the northern powers. Mages and shamans hold political influence, seen as spiritual guides and royal advisors.

Kaithar (Inspired by South America and the Caribbean) – The New World

A vast land of tropical forests, mountains, and archipelagos. Home to ancient civilizations and warrior peoples who build great temples and stone cities. Riches such as gold, silver, and precious gems are abundant. The Kanu-Axal Empire is the largest civilization, known for its monumental architecture and powerful armies. Nomadic tribes like the Jaguarins resist the expansion of Kaithar's empires. The Sea Lords, a seafaring people, rule the islands and know the secrets of ocean currents. So far, the continent remains unknown to Vharad and Orkesh, but ships are beginning to venture farther into the ocean.

The Oceans That Separate Them

🌊 Ocean of Mists

Separating Vharad and Orkesh, this ocean is filled with islands inhabited by merchants, pirates, and exiled warriors. Some islands serve as trading hubs between continents, while others are controlled by corsairs. Legends speak of gigantic sea creatures that destroy ships.

⛵ Sea of Zafira

The warm waters surrounding Kaithar, filled with paradisiacal islands. The native peoples dominate these waters and reject any foreign invaders. It is said that those who learn the secrets of this sea will never be lost.

⚜️ Eldan Empire – The Golden Lion
