(Samuel's POV)
Blood dripped from my mouth as I staggered to my feet, my entire body screaming in pain. The Abyssal Tyrant loomed over us, its void-like eyes burning with a predatory hunger. It had adapted to everything we threw at it—our strength, our techniques, even our own attacks.
We were both severely injured, but giving up?
Not an option.
I glanced at Henry, my breath ragged.
"We have to eradicate it in one shot."
Henry, also barely standing, clenched his Sword of the First Dawn, golden divine energy crackling around his body. His celestial aura flared, but even he knew we were at our limit.
His golden eyes met mine, understanding immediately.
"You mean…" he exhaled, wiping the blood off his lips. "A combined attack? Using your Breath of Destruction and Dragon's Fear—"
I nodded, wiping the blood from my chin.
"And your Divine Judgment."
Henry smirked, despite the pain. "Including Conqueror's Aura, huh? You really want to put everything into this."
The ground trembled beneath us, the dungeon itself reacting to our rising energy.
"If we don't," I growled, clenching my fists, "it'll just keep adapting. The only way to win is to hit it with everything at the same time—so fast, so overwhelming, that it has no time to evolve."
Henry grinned, his golden aura flaring like a burning sun.
"Then let's make history."
We moved into position, standing side by side, the final attack forming between us.
The Abyssal Tyrant let out a monstrous snarl, sensing the buildup of pure destruction and divine wrath.
"FOOLS." Its voice was a chorus of distorted screams, shaking the entire dungeon. "YOUR POWER MEANS NOTHING TO THE VOID."
I bared my teeth, my Abyssal Gauntlets glowing violently, abyssal energy coiling around me like a living shadow.
"Then let's see if the void can handle this."
Henry and I unleashed our full presence, our auras merging into one monstrous wave of dominance. The very air cracked under the sheer force—an unstoppable pressure that froze even the Tyrant in its place.
The ground shattered beneath us, the dungeon screaming in protest.
Henry raised his sword to the sky, the cavern illuminated with a blinding golden light. Thunder roared as pure divine lightning gathered at the tip of his blade—Divine Judgment, an attack capable of erasing entire civilizations.
At the same time, I inhaled deeply, my throat burning with dark, abyssal fire. The very essence of pure annihilation churned inside me, before I finally let it erupt—
BOOOOM!!!
A torrent of black hellfire exploded from my mouth, twisting like a living dragon, consuming everything in its path.
The Abyssal Tyrant shrieked, trying to move—but it was too late.
Step 3: The Final Impact
Henry swung his sword downward, unleashing a divine lightning strike straight into the heart of my abyssal fire.
The two forces merged—divine energy and abyssal destruction fusing into an unstoppable force, spiraling into one absolute annihilation wave.
"HEAVEN & ABYSS ERADICATION!!!"
The combined attack collided with the Abyssal Tyrant, engulfing it entirely.
It screamed.
It thrashed.
But the power was too much.
The entire dungeon shook violently, as if the world itself was trying to hold back the destruction. Walls crumbled, the sky split open, and everything was consumed in pure white and black energy.
Then—
Silence.
When the light finally faded, the entire cavern was obliterated. Nothing remained. The Abyssal Tyrant was gone, erased from existence.
Henry and I collapsed, barely alive, our bodies barely able to move. My breathing was shallow, my vision flickering. The system flashed warnings in my mind.
[WARNING: LIFE FORCE CRITICAL!]
[WARNING: DIVINE ENERGY EXHAUSTED!]
Henry groaned beside me, coughing up blood.
"Remind me… to never do that again."
I let out a weak chuckle, barely able to keep my eyes open.
"No promises."
We had won.
But at what cost?
As I lay there, my body screaming in pain, the air was deathly silent. The dungeon was in ruins, the ground beneath us cracked, the very walls melting from the sheer power of our final attack.
Then—

I groaned, my vision still blurry as I processed the notifications.
"Henry…" I muttered, barely turning my head.
Henry, lying beside me, grinned weakly, his golden eyes dim but filled with satisfaction.
"We… actually did it." His voice was hoarse.
I smirked, coughing up blood.
"Yeah… but the system basically just told us… we're fucked if we don't rest."
Henry chuckled painfully, closing his eyes for a moment.
"Then I guess… we rest."
I let my head fall back, staring at the shattered ceiling of the dungeon, my body completely wrecked, but my mind racing with excitement.
We had won.
We had ascended.
And the next challenge was already waiting.
