The next moment Sandra realized she was buried under the ground, alive. She realized everything went dark. Trying to open her eyes, Sandra found herself back inside of her bathroom at her small duplex house.
She stood in front of the mirror. Her reflection looked normal and healthy. But she looked tired and covered in dirt stains on her face. There was no sign of the evil sister witches or the Ouija game board to be found.
Taking one last look at her normal bathroom mirror, Sandra smiled and primped her curly red hair. And walked out of the bathroom. That's when somebody rushed and pushed her out into the hallway!
Before she had the chance to defend herself, Sandra felt the body slowly get off her. He was laughing and only kidding around with Sandra. Opening her eyes and turning to look at her, Sandra gasped! It was her friend, Freddy! "What is the meaning of this?" Sandra asked. "I've never met you in my life!" Sandra explained.
Freddy just laughed. "You don't understand, do you?" he asked, smiling. He helped Sandra to her feet. "I'm free because you took your mother's place in her grave. So we can be together," Freddy said.
Sandra wriggled her finger into her ear and got some dirt out of it. "Who are you again?" Sandra demanded, looking confused. She didn't feel comfortable being about this strange young boy in her house with her, and alone.
"You know me, Freddy! I came from a Better Place! Where we first met!" Freddy explained. But Sandra kept looking at this boy like he shouldn't be in her house, by herself. After all, he was super cute and attractive looking. Anything could happen!
"Sandra! Freddy! Come here, quick!" They both stopped in the living room. Where they heard a familiar voice coming from Sandra's bathroom. Sandra frowned, wryly and turned to look in the direction of her bathroom, down the hall.
Even though it was daytime and the sun was shining bright as can be, there was creepy fog coming out of her bathroom. Sandra and Freddy gasped with astonishment. As a flash of lightning made Sandra's bathroom glow.
Followed by the low rumble sound of thunder. "Closer! Hurry!" demanded the angry voice coming from Sandra's bathroom. When they reached the end of the hall, they stopped at the bathroom hallway.
Hearing an angry ghost howling within the darkness of the bathroom, there was a swirl of fog circling around Sandra and Freddy! Holding onto each other, for dear life. Freddy and Sandra were both sucked inside the foggy bathroom. Where they would not like what's happening.
Being pulled into the shadowy bathroom, Sandra and Freddy stood before Sandra's bathroom mirror again! There was an image of a ghostly grim reaper eating a ripped orange peach and looking thrilled to see the two kids made it to his attention.
"You two kids thought everything was normal, now?" the grim reaper asked, with a gruff laugh. "You shouldn't have to worry about anything, I promise!" said the grim reaper. He took another big bit of the fuzzy orange peach and tossed it aside.
"What are you doing in my bathroom mirror?" Sandra asked, confused. She opened the bathroom cabinet door. Only to realize it was just an ordinary bathroom mirror! Inside, the mirror cabinet was her bathroom necessities and her medicine pills she takes every night, to help sleep.
Closing the bathroom mirror, the ghostly image of the grim reaper had disappeared before them! It startled Sandra and Freddy to see themselves in the reflection. Only they were both undead zombies!
Freddy took his fists and smashed the mirror into broken pieces. Unfortunately, it only set free of the grim reaper, who stood beside them. Before the two kids could react, the grim reaper quickly used his magic staff. And quickly hypnotized them with his black cobra snakehead's eyes on his unique magic staff.
"You are both getting sleepy," the creepy grim reaper said, chanting. "You will close your eyes and become nothing more than an undead corpse to walk the earth with me. I'm going to count to three. You will open your eyes. And you will see things as they are meant to be," he explained. Making the eyes on the black cobra snakehead on the grim reaper's magic staff glow and hum softly.
Slowly, the grim reaper started to count one to three. After he counted to the third number out loud to himself, the grim reaper snapped his fingers. And made the eyes on the evil black cobra snakehead blink its eyes and make Sandra and Freddy snap awake, completely alert now.
"Do you understand what you need to do for me?" the grim reaper asked. He snapped his fingers again. And made the broken glass pieces of the shattered bathroom mirror appear magically back on the bathroom cabinet. Like it was made brand new again.
Taking his hood off his head, the grim reaper revealed his dark handsome human face to appear in front of the mirror. He waved and pointed his magic staff in front of the glass mirror. An image of the graveyard somewhere in the Better Place appeared in the mirror reflection.
He pointed the magic staff at the mirror. Sandra and her special friend Freddy watched the bathroom mirror with fascination and curiosity. Making the eyes on the sinister black cobra snakehead of his magic staff glow red, they watched the image of the reflection in the graveyard. A bolt of electricity zapped from the snakehead's eyes on his magic staff.
The two children continued to watch the ghostly image of the graveyard in Sandra's bathroom mirror. The ground started to shake and vibrate. Like an earthquake was causing the ground to rise the dead corpses back from their graves.
Then, the grim reaper turned his attention to two mesmerized kids in a sleepy trance. "Now, pay close attention to me, children," said the grim reaper. "You will both get to dance with the dead at the midnight zombie party this weekend," he continued, informatively.
"A party?!" Sandra suddenly sounded interested. This made the grim reaper proud she'd paid attention to his instructions. "I would love to go to the party!" Sandra said, excitedly. "Do you want me to cook anything?" Sandra asked, curiously.
Nodding, the grim reaper shook his head. "No, that won't be necessary. I want you two kids to hunt down your parents. Bring them to the undead zombie party. And celebrate the living dead have an opportunity to get a second chance at having immortal life," he said, smiling.
"There has to be more to the catch, grim reaper," Freddy said, complaining about their special offer. "Sandra and I are already cursed with having an undead corpse, walking the earth. What will people think of two undead kids walking through the town, trying to make an embarrassing accident cause the living to suddenly want to walk the earth with the undead, forever?" Freddy asked, looking for an excuse to stop from feeling like he wasn't interested in the special occasion.
Suddenly, the handsome grim reaper growled and bared sharp, pointy fangs at the two children. "You will do as I say, or you will be turned to stone," the grim reaper said. "It should be a privilege to get to walk the earth again! You may never get the chance of a lifetime opportunity!" the grim reaper said. He tapped and struck the ground with his magic staff. Making sparks flew out of it.
Turning back to look at the image of the bathroom mirror, they watched with fascination as undead zombie corpses started rising from their graves. There was a moment where a couple of zombie kids were having trouble getting out of their graves.
When suddenly, the ground they were buried under, shook and shattered. Making the two helpless children fall back in their graves, where they were buried. Zombies of all kinds of ordinary people, gathered around the grave where the two children were stuck.
Out of nowhere, the two sister witches, Gene and Cookie flew out of the darkness on their broomsticks. Watching the dimwitted, slow movie zombies stagger with their arms outstretched, they were celebrating being back from the dead.
"For Halloween this weekend," the grim reaper was explaining to Sandra and Freddy, "You will go to the Better Place. And lead the zombie gathering back to Supernaturalville. You will celebrate the undead life with the living. Never to worry about being alive ever again. All of this will happen. And you two kids will be treated with a special gift only I can give to you," the grim reaper said.
That's when they turned to the ghostly bathroom mirror. They all watched as the zombie families started coming out of the enchanted bathroom mirror. Where they tried coming after Sandra and Freddy. It won't be easy taking them out. Who didn't even have a chance to fight back.
