Tristan couldn't believe it.
This means that his skill: the all seeing eye was now useless. It was either the targeted object surpassed the measurable units or the being in front of him truly didn't exist in the first place.
'This had to be an illusion!' Tristan tried very hard to convince himself despite the suffocating pressure that had overwhelmed him. Deep down in his mind, he knew this was real but reality itself had been distorted.
Tristan stared at the face of this being and he could see that blood was coming from both its eyes. It didn't even have eyes as at the place where the eyes were supposed to be, there were only empty eye sockets with countless squirming veins that were dripping with blood. This blood would drip down the cheeks of this being which was indifferent about its situation as it didn't even desire to wipe away the blood on its cheeks. But what confused Tristan was where the blood was going because this blood would evaporate and disappear before it even dropped to the ground.
On the other hand, the frail woman had already fainted because of the pressure, Tristan didn't knew if she had already seen the beast or she fainted before she saw it , that, Tristan didn't knew.
After 15 minutes of the staring competition, Tristan thought that enough was enough and he gritted his teeth and moved, to his surprise, the beast didn't move or turn to see where he was going as it just remained standing there like a tree.
"Just like I thought, it is just a mere illusion." Tristan was angered for being played like a fool.
With his sweaty face, he reached close to the woman and carried her to his arms.
"Wait. Her handbag, I have to get it for her from her car." Tristan suddenly remembered what made the woman to get out of his car in a hurry and thus, he went back and sat the woman in the vehicle and turned back, walking towards her white super car.
"To reach the white super car, I will have to pass through the hulking beast in front of me. Should I pass through it or around it? ... Ahh! Let me just pass through it, it is merely just an illusion after all." Tristan walked forward with the intention of wanting to walk through the beast but he found himself banging his body on its skinny legs.
"Damn! This bastard is a real existence." Tristan regretted his decision. If he just continued to wallow in his ignorance, it would have been better but now that he knew that this thing existed, it didn't go well with him. He felt as if he was being drowned in the ocean and he could not even breath.
He just stood there while examining the reaction of the beats.
'I wish it hasn't felt my presence, or else, it will be over for me.' Tristan remained at that position for a moment while watching the beast and after a while, he calmed down his thumping heart.
'Thanks! it is still concerned with something else.'
In the meantime, Tristan chose to walk around the beast slowly by slowly, not daring to make a sound to awake this demon.
Nonetheless, the moment that Tristan took a single step forward, he felt someone patting on his shoulder and just at that moment, his heart leapt out of his chest, he felt like his blood had been drained in a mere moment.
