"....."
Receiving no reply Iven arched one of his eyebrow and looked at albert as if asking where is the answer
"ahem ,ahem"
Albert hesitated still in awe trying to believe that this porcelain like handsome guy who is in his twenties is actually a captain in I.P and wondered if he took the back door.
"um yes mm, at 11:07 pm we received an emergency call from a teenager informing us of the incident control room immediately dispatched a patrol unit who arriving at the scene at 11:16 pm informed our unit after which we identified the victim as Michael Lin while we were gathering info about victim and his criminal record we found out that he was in monitoring list of I.P hence we informed you guys at 11:40 and here you are at crime location on 12:05".
Iven glanced at him and asked "what were teenagers doing at crime location ? "
"They said they wanted to explore scary places at night for more views on their vlog both of the teens are currently very scared and so we sent them home"
" ok, so did you guys do any forensic examination or trace examination"
"yes we are on it now these two guys are from forensic department"
Albert said signaling towards two guys on left.
Iven pursed his lips glancing two guys and averted his gaze,
'so slow' he thought but didn't say anything and just nodded.
He then wore gloves and went forward to examine body wanting to find clues but someone suddenly grabbed his hand
"I'm sorry sir but you can't disturb the scene before we collect evidence" said the forensic guy.
Iven frowned and opened his mouth wanting to refute,
but Albert interrupted and asked probingly clearly diverting him "May I ask why were you guys investigating Michael Lin "
"No according to our protocol we can't share any info to others but the only thing I can share is that this matter is really dangerous I think its better that you guys don't lay your hands on this case"
Iven denied sternly alerting him of seriousness of the matter.
Two forensic guys scoffed , Albert pursed his lips distinctly not understanding seriousness of the matter and thought 'dangerous hah! if this matter really was that dangerous would they have assigned such a noob to this case he just wants all the credit for himself ' ' hmph does he think I don't know ,if I caught this perpetrator who knows I might even get a promotion"
looking at their expression Iven sighed understanding what's about to come 'hah a new problem'
2nd guy who was silent up until now came forward " lay our hands off, sir are you looking down on us "
Albert smirked clearly supporting the guy who spoke up and said
"Worry not captain Yang I've been with police department since20 years I've been serious and attentive of cases until now and I'm well aware of pros and cons of this department'
[
Iven gave a cold smile immediately sending chills and replied in restrained voice
"yes I can see it clearly Team Leader Wang .... that you've been in it for more than 20 years but I can still not share any details related to this" he highlighted the word team leader
[
"pffft"
Miles who was standing behind Iven until now let out a light laughter clearly enjoying the moment and thought ' they don't now that the suspect here is Red Spider who is 5th most dangerous assassin in the world , if they would've known theirs no way they would be so reckless who knows if they'd even wet their pants'
Albert pursed his lips looking offended.
Iven ignored them and went forward to check on the conditions and to confirm their doubt, two forensic officers wanting to stop him stood up aggressively
Iven glared at them coldly and released a cold aura making them shiver in fear and not daring to stop him.
while Iven was looking at body for clue he finally smiled soon he was interrupted by Albert pushing him back "I'm sorry captain Yang but you're interrupting in crime scene"
"Then is it my fault that you guys are so slow and I didn't interrupt in anything" said Iven mockingly.
"That's right MR. Wang captain didn't even touch the corpse you must know better than anyone that he is not interrupting anything" Miles couldn't take it any longer and commented.
