The Proposal

Mimi had a clear goal in mind when she walked into Mr Larkin's,her father's office. She had always been good at playing the game, manipulating situations to her advantage. But today .

"Mr. Larkin," she began, her voice calm and confident. She gave him a smile that was warm but practiced, the kind of smile that never gave away her true intentions. "I have a proposal for you. A collaboration, one that I believe will be mutually beneficial."

He looked at her, intrigued but cautious. She could see the curiosity in his eyes,He didn't know that was Mimi in Bella's body.

"What do you have in mind?" he asked, gesturing for her to continue.

Mimi leaned in slightly, her tone becoming more persuasive. "I'm sure you know how well my company has been doing recently. We've made significant strides in the jewelry market. But with your expertise and resources, we can take it even further. Together, we could create something that would revolutionize the industry. Think of it as a line of jewelry that will dominate the market. We would be unstoppable."

Mr. Larkin didn't respond immediately, which was both a good and a bad sign. He was thinking, weighing the possibilities. Mimi let the silence stretch on, giving him time to visualize the future she was painting.

She needed him to be as excited as she was, but she also knew how to push his buttons. He wasn't just a businessman; he was also a father, one who had personal connections to the situation. And she had every intention of exploiting that.

Finally, Mr. Larkin spoke, his voice thoughtful. "I have to admit, your proposition is intriguing. But this is a big decision. I'll need more details."

She gave him all the details and told how beneficial it will be for his company.. His company suffered loss after the union with Mimi and Simon failed. So here is another opportunity for him

But there's one condition that needs to be addressed before we can move forward."

Mr. Larkin raised an eyebrow, a sign that he was intrigued. "What condition?"

Mimi's smile grew ever so slightly, knowing that she had him exactly where she wanted him. "Before we can finalize any collaboration, there's something that needs to be dealt with. Your daughter."

At this, Mr. Larkin's expression shifted, but only slightly. "What about my daughter?"

"I know you care for her, but," Mimi paused, looking directly into his eyes, "she's a problem. For this partnership to work, we need her out of the picture. If she's not out of the way, she could ruin everything we're about to build. She's too unpredictable, We can't afford that."

Mr. Larkin leaned back in his chair, his eyes narrowing as he took in her words. Mimi could see the wheels turning in his head. She knew this man well enough to understand that he valued control, stability, and the ability to dictate his own destiny. His daughter's presence, or rather her potential interference, could unravel all of that.

Mimi took a breath and continued, her voice cool and calm. "I don't mean to be harsh, but she's a liability. For everything we want to do, we need to make sure she's out of the way. I've already thought about it. You need to send her to a psychiatric hospital, force her into treatment. Have her committed. It's the only way we can guarantee that she won't stand in the way of what we're building."

For a long moment, Mr. Larkin didn't respond. His face was unreadable. Mimi knew he was considering the gravity of what she was asking. Sending his daughter away was not something he would take lightly. It would be a drastic move, one that would sever any ties he had left with her. But the deal she was offering was too good to pass up. Mimi knew that she had him.

"You want me to have my own daughter locked up?" he finally asked, his voice a little softer, a little more vulnerable.

Mimi didn't hesitate. "Yes. It's the only way. She's already proven that she's a liability. This business deal can change everything for you. But it won't happen if she's in the picture. Trust me on this."

Mr. Larkin sat there, quiet for a long moment, his eyes unfocused as he seemed lost in thought. Finally, he spoke, his voice firm. "I'll arrange it. I'll bribe the psychiatrist. Have her committed, and we can move forward. But if anything goes wrong..."

Mimi interrupted him, her tone sharp and confident. "It won't. I've already planned everything. It'll work. And you'll thank me when you see the results."

The deal was sealed. Mr. Larkin would take care of his daughter, and Mimi would get everything she wanted. He would commit her to a psychiatric hospital, and she would be out of the way. With that out of the way, nothing would stop the collaboration between their companies.

As she left the office, a sense of satisfaction washed over Mimi. Everything was falling into place. But there was one thing she needed to address now: Simon.

She had been trying to seduce him for weeks, but his coldness was becoming a challenge. Simon was still distant, still skeptical. He didn't seem to view her the way she wanted him to. Despite her best efforts, he was taking a longer time to warm up to her than she had hoped. But she wasn't about to give up. She knew how to play this game. She would use every trick she had, every ounce of her charm, to make Simon fall in love with her.

Mimi was no stranger to manipulation. She had gotten what she wanted in the past by using her looks, her words, and her ability to read people. Simon, with all his walls, was just another puzzle to solve. And she would crack him wide open.

But the days turned into weeks, and her efforts seemed to be in vain. Simon remained cool and distant, despite her constant attempts to get closer to him. She even found herself questioning whether he would ever truly fall for her. His disinterest was maddening.

Meanwhile, the success of the business partnership with Mr. Larkin began to take shape. The companies were merging, and the jewelry line that they were working on together was beginning to gain traction. It wasn't long before Mimi started to see the fruits of her labor, and she was getting closer to the success she had always dreamed of.

The next few weeks would be crucial. She had everything set in motion. All she had to do was play her cards right
