"Torudo, you really are a generous and kind person."
Renkai could feel the power he had stolen from Torudo coursing through his body, making him stronger than ever. A smirk crossed his face. As a token of appreciation for Torudo's generosity, Renkai decided to return the favor.
With a single, effortless motion, he slammed his massive claw down, crushing Torudo completely. His body exploded into a mass of blood and flesh, splattering across the ground like mud.
The God's Shock
"What… what just happened?!"
A voice rang in Renkai's mind—an old, shaken voice.
It was the god of Earth, contacting him directly.
The dragon had killed someone.
For centuries, Shenron had granted wishes without interference. But now, for the first time, he had taken a life. The shock in the god's voice was unmistakable.
"God? Oh, the Earth's environment is amazing. I like it here, hahaha!"
Without paying the god any further attention, Renkai burst into seven streaks of golden light, each one shooting off in a different direction.
The Dragon Balls scattered across the world, transforming into ordinary stones. They would remain dormant for twelve months before regaining their power.
Meanwhile, Renkai, having shed his dragon form, reappeared inside the abandoned ruins of the Red Ribbon Army headquarters.
A New Beginning
Far above, in the temple floating in the sky, the god watched in disbelief.
The dragon had vanished, and in its place stood a man.
A young warrior with a composed yet commanding presence. His black trench coat swayed slightly as he stepped forward, his expression one of quiet confidence.
"What… what is this?"
The god's mind raced. Could this be a transformation ability, like the Saiyans who could turn into giant apes?
None of this made sense.
The Red Ribbon Army's Leftovers
Renkai walked through the destroyed headquarters, surveying the remains of the once-mighty army.
He wasn't interested in the destruction. He was here for something specific.
Inside one of the storage warehouses, he finally found it—a lifetime supply of chewing gum.
Grinning, he stored all of it inside his Dragon System's inventory. But he didn't stop there.
He also took every last combat vehicle, humanoid mecha, and fighter jet left behind. In his original world, technology like this was beyond his reach, but here? It was just waiting for him to take.
Then, with a casual motion, he broke off a thick pillar from one of the remaining structures. Holding it in his grip, he extended his senses across the planet.
Locating the strongest warriors was simple. Once he found the energy signature he was looking for, he tossed the pillar into the air, leaped onto it, and took off at high speed.
He knew exactly what he needed to do next.
Using his knowledge of the future, he would claim every advantage for himself. He would continue to grow stronger, surpass every warrior, and crush anyone who stood in his way.
Approaching Kame Sennin's Island
The wind rushed past him as he soared across the ocean, chewing gum lazily while keeping his eyes fixed on the horizon.
Before long, an isolated island came into view.
It was small, barely large enough for a single house.
This was the home of Kame Sennin.
Among all the martial artists on Earth, Kame Sennin was one of the weakest.
Torudo had a combat power of over 100. Compared to that, Kame Sennin was far weaker—at least in his current state.
Renkai estimated that in his base form, Kame Sennin's power level was under 100. Only when he powered up, bulking his muscles and using his Kamehameha, did his power surpass 100.
Compared to the Crane School, which had gained strength through assassination, the Turtle School had long since fallen behind.
And it showed.
The Hermit's Leisure
Under a clear sky, Kame Sennin lay on a reclining chair, a large parasol shading him from the sun.
In his hands was an adult magazine, which he flipped through with great enthusiasm, occasionally chuckling to himself.
"Hehehehe…"
But then, his expression changed.
The smile faded. His body tensed.
A powerful aura was approaching, closing in fast.
He lowered the magazine, his sharp old eyes locking onto the sky.
A man was flying toward his island, balancing on a wooden pillar.
For a moment, his heart froze.
"Torudo?!"
No.
Something was off.
The Arrival of the Unknown Warrior
Kame Sennin watched as the stranger descended, landing smoothly on the sand.
The young warrior was dressed in a black trench coat, a piece of gum rolling between his teeth as he chewed lazily. His features were sharp and mature, his presence carrying an air of quiet strength.
This was not Torudo.
But who was he?
"Young man, who are you?"
Kame Sennin's voice was cautious. "And what is your connection to Torudo and Crane Hermit?"
Long ago, Kame Sennin and Crane Hermit had trained together under Master Mutaito. But as time passed, their paths had diverged.
The Crane School had built its reputation through assassination, while the Turtle School had remained focused on pure martial arts.
The man standing before him felt strong. Stronger than Kame Sennin himself. He couldn't afford to be careless.
A Proper Introduction
Renkai smiled.
"Relax, Kame Sennin."
His voice was calm, but there was an undeniable confidence in it. "I have nothing to do with your old rivals. My power comes from a fair deal with Torudo. That's all."
Kame Sennin's expression softened slightly. This young man wasn't here to pick a fight.
"Then tell me," he asked, "why have you come to my island?"
His guard was still up, but at least now, he was willing to listen.
Renkai glanced at the adult magazine resting on the small table.
The cover featured a curvy woman in a provocative pose.
Yep.
This guy was exactly as the legends described.
His gaze shifted to something else—the three-star Dragon Ball, hanging casually around Kame Sennin's neck.
But that wasn't the only reason he was here.
Kame Sennin may not have been the strongest, but he was a legendary martial artist.
He had trained Goku, the greatest Saiyan warrior in history. He had trained Krillin, the strongest human to ever live.
Renkai wasn't interested in Krillin.
But Goku?
If he could shape Goku's destiny, he could rewrite the entire future of the Dragon Ball world.
