Three years ago, to save Jade, my face was horrifically disfigured when thugs threw acid on me.
To prevent her from feeling guilty, I traveled to the ends of the earth and finally found treatment to repair my scars.

In the silent living room, only I remained, staring at the departing couple with bloodshot eyes.
