The presidents and prime ministers of the world's major countries were present: China, Japan, South and North Korea, England, Canada, France, Spain, Germany, Italy, India, Holland, Russia, and so on, for a total of 34 countries that attended the conference. The rest of the world would pay the consequences of the inability, ineptitude or incredulity of its leaders.

Since they received the call from advisor Tusk and then the first call from Vice President Allen, the entire company team had applied the contingency plan that they had already prepared in advance and that involved contact with all the world governments that were really relevant.

The problem for the Americans was believing themselves to be the center of the world, in an increasingly globalized planet and with powers that no longer had the same respect for the American empire.
