Okay, he wasn't a program, he couldn't split himself into packets and go through the small stream of information, but luckily he wasn't the only entity there.

"I could fit, splitting my code into 44 parts, and doing successive downloads, then rebuilding my code, but I still wouldn't have access to control your body.

"Hypothetically speaking, if you got into my body and had access, or permissions, could you repair the psychic channel? Ikky's mind was far beyond the speedy AI called Data.

"Theoretically speaking, yes, but haven't you thought that if I were to take control of your body, on the one hand I might betray you and not bring you back to consciousness, and on the other hand, I wouldn't be able to repair your body even if I could rescue you, you would live as a weak cripple."
