<p>The human councilors took their time recounting the invasion of Zinderstrat, from their arrival and diversionary maneuver, to the resistance at the storm pool, to how the Shadowrunners forced their way through to the council door. The idea was to show some show of force to make it clear that they were not a race to be intimidated or coerced.</p>

<p>The Vertrans were quite surprised that the humans were talking about telepathy or entering another player's mind as normal. For that race, as with the dwarves, the subject seemed to be quite taboo... as much like a sordid sexual practice... what if Lei was right and it was something too intimate? </p>
