"The Ugly Sovereign: Ascending Beyond Mortal Scorn"

The chapter begins with a description of the small, dilapidated hut where Luo Feng is forced to live. The hut is located on the outskirts of the Luo Clan's territory, far from the main compound.

The hut is surrounded by overgrown weeds and broken fences, symbolizing Luo Feng's isolation. Inside, the only furniture is a rickety wooden bed and a small table with a cracked mirror.

Granny Wen, an elderly servant of the Luo Clan, is introduced. She is a kind and gentle woman who has been assigned to care for Luo Feng. Despite his appearance, she treats him with compassion and patience.

Granny Wen prepares a simple meal of porridge for Luo Feng. As she feeds him, she hums a soft lullaby, creating a moment of warmth in an otherwise bleak environment.

Luo Feng, now three years old, looks up at Granny Wen with bright, curious eyes. Despite his deformities, his spirit is unbroken.

One day, Luo Feng ventures outside the hut to play. He is immediately spotted by a group of clan children, led by Luo Chen, the young master of the Luo Clan.

That night, Granny Wen tells Luo Feng a story about a lonely phoenix who was rejected by its flock but eventually rose to become the king of all birds.

She uses the story to teach Luo Feng an important lesson: "True strength comes from within. No matter how others treat you, never let their words define you."

Luo Feng listens intently, his young mind absorbing Granny Wen's wisdom.

The chapter ends with a mysterious voice whispering in Luo Feng's dreams: "Your journey has only just begun, child. The path ahead will be difficult, but you are destined for greatness."
