Their sins got the whip of god's worst.
On that fateful day, god left the world in ruins.
However, in his supposed mercy, he left them with a means to survive.
To protect themselves against the fiendish demons and monsters that came upon them.
This gift, they called: Talents!
In this god-abandoned world, Kieran Marcoth, on the day he was to receive his talent—a gift from Orion, the left god—he awakened a 'hidden' SSS-ranked talent.
A talent that could only be activated once the condition was met.
Instantly, Kieran turned into a subject of mockery, spite, and insults, and somehow, just somehow… he found himself riddled with injuries and on the brink of death.
However, it seemed Orion was yet to forget his son.
[Ding! Conditions have been met]
[Host has been successfully selected as a God candidate]
[Defeat the other candidates! Become the next God of this ruined world]
Seeing the notification, Kieran couldn’t care less.
Only one thought was registered in his mind:
‘I’m going to fucking kill those bastards!’
His journey began… Will the once-kind helper become a tyrant god?
Yes.... it's time for my author review. For the record, I'm not the best at writing. But since it's my work, I'll be shameless enough to give a five star rating. This novel will compound a lot of things. but firstly... this is not a harem novel, only one Fl. this won't be a weak mc as well, if anything he is overpowered. The novel brings in a new lore and culture. I've doing a lot of study, and this time around, I'll be placing a lot of depth in each character, and do my best so they won't appear bland. Of course, expect something new, as this isn't your average book. it'll have similar elements to some cultivation books, a touch of mystery and dark fantasy.... and then, a game like setting. so if you wanna try out something new, stick with me, and I'll do my best to give you a splendid work. Give me a like if you read to this point. You'll be a wonderful supporter 🤤
Have you ever had high expectations and after reading a book had them exceeded? That's what just happened to me. Right from the first sentence, this book pulls you in and doesn't let go. Where should I start from? The main character? The author created a likeable MC that you can't help but root for. Kieran is the kind of person you'll want to have as a friend. Someone who embodies determination. It is said that evil thrives when good men do nothing. Kieran is one of those men who don't allow evil to thrive. A phrase that describes him can be found in game of thrones: "Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken." But the side characters also shine. Frank, Miss Jane, the Dean, the Phoenix, all of them come alive in their own way to add color to the story. One of the things I'd also praise is the worldbuilding. Instead of dumping everything down our throat, the author reveals it slowly, piece by piece in a way that pulls you in. While chapter 15 was initially jarring for introducing such advanced tech, the more you read, the more it strangely fits. Kudos to the author. However, it would be a terrible disservice to just speak about all the good parts and neglect the bad parts. The only problem I had is the writing quality. And no, the grammar isn't bad. The only problem is that a lot of words are repeated a lot and it stands out. But even with that problem, the books still shines. While I've only read 20 chapters and no one knows what direction this book will take, I can confidently say that I'll keep reading. Keep up the good work, author. I'm looking forward to the next chapters.
Very good novel, give it a try....................
Since the author proudly claims to be shameless, I suppose there’s no problem if I am too! Many authors start off strong, but I’m waiting to see how this one ends. If it turns out bad… well, you’ll see what I do next! Lol 😆.
Really catchy book, can't wait for the plot to unfold
A genueinely great novel if you are reading this review, atleast give it try upto 10 or 20 chapters to have your own opinion on the novel in that way even if you don't like it you wont feel like you wasted your time. I really enjoyed the novel so far and highly recommend it. Writting quality: it's simply great i can't remember any mistake. Update stability too soon tale but good so far. World building: it's good it develops as the story countinue and so does the info we get. Story: to early to judge but so far it good. And has potential. Other characters are also good.
