CHAPTER 22: CLONES (2)

"Ruby, are they dead? If so, why are they not moving?" Ray asked in confusion.

"Master even I don't know why they are not waking up." Maybe I have created defective products." Ruby replied in confusion.

"Then Why don't you try asking your knowledgeable sensei for the answer, maybe you will get the reply, and don't forget to ask why there is a female body among the male bodies as we were expecting all males," Ray advised.

Ruby was confused as she didn't know what Sensei meant and stared blankly at his face.

Ray put his hand on his forehead and raised his other hand indicating whom to ask.

Ruby pouted with a grievance look on her face.

Ray acted as if he didn't under who she was and asked Ruby whom she was talking about.

In response, Ruby raised her finger straight up to the sky, indicating the answer.

Ray then silently turned his attention to the clones lying on the ground.

"So, let's begin waking them up, what should I do?" asked Ray while diverting the topic.

"Master the clones don't have any soul so they won't wake up, we have to part a portion of our soul to control them" Replied Ruby

"Part some of the souls to control the clone bodies, hmm I get it, so how should I cut my soul" asked back Ray.

Ruby replied with a blank expression on her face and Ray got the answer to it and sat cross-legged and began meditating to search for the answer stored in his soul.

After a few minutes, Ray got up with a serious expression which frightened Ruby, and he switched back to his normal expression in the next moment.

Ray closed his again and took a small part of his soul and divided them into nine parts and directed them into the forehead of the clones.

Within a few minutes, nine clones stood up steadily, and Ray distributed clothes to them to change.

While the clones returned to the house to change their clothes, Ray walked next to Ruby and passed on the information to her by tapping on her forehead.

After Ruby mastered the knowledge, Ray showed the female clone and said the clone would be left to her as he had no hobby of cross-dressing.

Ruby Jumped up in joy after hearing that he left the female clone to her and ran next to the clone then she cut a piece of her soul and inserted it into the body.

As soon as Ruby inserted her soul the female clone changed from a 20-year-old to a 12-year-old teenage girl.

By the time Ruby activated her clone Ray's nine clones had returned and lined up right side by side.

Ray returned his attention from Ruby to the clones that were lined up and closed his eyes to feel the connection.

Ray observed that only the clone with black hair which is the perfect copy of him has the strongest connection and the rest can't operate at a longer distance.

The rest of the clones only resemble 20 percent of him which solved the problem of people recognizing them as clones even if they stood side by side.

Each clone is distinct from others while the hair color represents the element, they are close to.

Clone number 2 has red eyes and red hair, causing the person beside him to feel the surrounding temperature rise.

Clone number 3 has brown hair and brown eyes with a sturdy body, fellow practitioners will feel a heavy force pressing on them if they stand beside.

Clone number 4 has wavy, curly blue hair and beautiful gem-like blue eyes. Of all the clones, the atmosphere around him is the most peaceful, and everyone wants to befriend him.

Clone number 5 has straight light blue hair and light blue eyes. If he stands in a crowd, you will never remember him seeing him after seeing him just once.

Clone number 6 has spiked short white hair with arrogance dancing on his eyebrows. He has black eyes that will make others feel electrocuted if they look directly into his eyes.

Clone number 7 has straight yellow-golden hair and golden-brown eyes. Looking into his eyes feels like having your soul pricked with needles.

Clone number 8 has green hair and green eyes. People close to him will feel natural energy and pleasantness around him.

Clone number 9 has orange hair and orange eyes. People close to him feel like directly looking at the sun in mid-summer.

By the time Ray observed his clone's distinct features, Ruby had also positioned her clone next to her.

Ruby clone gives the feeling of an ice mountain standing next to the people and gives them a chill when they see into her blue sword-like eyes, she has straight black hair.

Ray watched in amazement as Ruby pulled her clone to the side and started to play the card games that she had taken from her pockets.

Ray left Ruby to play with her clone and began organizing his clones to start harvesting the Crops.

He divided the clones into two groups and arranged one group to harvest the Rice crop and the rest started to shell them by beating the rice against the rocks.

By the time they had shelled the rice, it was already afternoon, and Ray went into the forest to collect some fruits as their lunch for the day and started helping the clones pack the rice into bags and weigh them.

Ray weighed the rice harvested and only got about 500 kg of spirit rice.

The mutation has increased the rice spirituality and decreased its productivity.
