Chapter 7

As I spotted Dashiell's flashy red BMW squeezed among a bunch of cars when the wedding convoy was gliding into the hotel grounds, I felt a twinge of concern from afar.

At first, I was worried Dashiell might be here to cause trouble, but later I saw him enter the hotel nearby with my own eyes, which put my mind at ease.

Now, however, I find myself more curious to see what expression Dashiell would wear as he witnesses me marrying someone else.

Dashiell stood at the bottom of the steps not far away, his mouth still curved in a wide grin, but his face had turned completely pale.

His eyes were wide open as he stared at me, full of shock.

I curved my lips up in satisfaction, gripping Caelan's hand tighter and moving even closer to him.

"Juniper, how dare you? How could you?"

Dashiell almost roared as he dropped his phone, pushed through the crowd, and rushed up to me.

He looked me up and down in disbelief, "Juniper, do you know that the dress you're wearing is a wedding gown?"
