After reviewing his System Panel, Victor shifted his focus back to the present situation.

He needed to finish off the remaining skeletons as quickly as possible.

Because—

[ Stamina: 10/11 ]

The activation of his spell was draining his stamina at an alarming rate.

It seemed that his spells used stamina as fuel instead of the conventional mana.

From Raizel's knowledge, most people relied on mana to cast spells. But Victor didn't have that specific attribute entirely..

His stamina was his sole energy source.

That meant from now on, he needed to prioritize increasing stamina. Otherwise, prolonged battles would leave him completely drained fast.

Without stamina, not only would he weaken physically, but he also wouldn't be able to cast any Anti-Magic spells.

Swoosh!

Not wanting to waste any more stamina, Victor chased down the fleeing skeletons.

With the butcher knife in hand, he leaped into the middle of the horde, putting his increased strength and agility to good use.

Not that he needed much effort—his sheer presence alone was enough.

The skeletons crumbled into dust, their remains disappearing into particles, leaving only scattered bones in his wake.

Like a harbinger of death, Victor ran through the battlefield, reaping experience points from the very essence of his enemies.

Now that he had reached Level 4, these low-level skeletons no longer provided the same high EXP as before.

But with over two hundred skeletons in the area, another level-up was all but guaranteed.

Five minutes passed...

Wherever he went, nothing remained—only bones and ashes littered the ground.

[ Stamina: 5/11 ]

He noted the stamina drain. One point per minute.

If he kept going, he could last five more minutes, but that would leave him severely weakened.

Not that it mattered as all the skeletons were already dead.

Over 200 skeletons had been wiped out in just five minutes.

"Phew!"

Victor wiped the sweat from his brow as he sat down on a tree trunk to rest. While doing so, he distributed the 10 attribute points he had gained upon reaching Level 5.

Victor observed his progress with satisfaction. It wasn't just numbers on a display—he could feel the difference in his body.

He had become twice as strong as when he had first arrived here.

It was astonishing, considering he was only at Level 5.

He still had a long way to go before reaching the level of truly powerful individuals, but for now, he believed he had made far more progress than his classmates and peers.

And that was enough. For now.

Feeling content, he sat in silence, his gaze drifting toward the decayed straw and stone houses around him.

There were still a few skeletons that had fled and hidden within the village compounds.

"Hmm... It's time to finish them."

After a short rest, Victor stood up and carefully examined the scattered loot across the ground.

Most of it consisted of human bones. While they had value, his limited inventory space meant he couldn't bring them back to the real world for sale.

So, he only picked up a few pieces, keeping enough room for more important items later.

With that done, Victor began scanning every nook and cranny of the village compounds, hunting down any remaining skeletons.

Now that he was at Level 5, dealing with these undead creatures was far easier.

He didn't even need to activate his Anti-Magic Field—his increased strength and agility were more than enough to cut them down.

[ Exp: 1460/2000 ]

Within next 30 minutes, the entire village was cleared.

Victor had managed to gain significant amount of experience points and a Corroded bronze sword in one of the houses.

[ Old Bronze Sword ]

Grade: F

Attack: 4/7

Durability: 30/50

He decided to replace his butcher knife with the bronze sword, finding it more suitable for his current fighting style. It was longer and provided more attack power. While it wasn't in peak condition, it was still a significant upgrade.

With the sword now in hand, Victor's strength increased to (15+4), a total of 19 points—almost double the strength of an ordinary human in the real world.

The boost made him feel more confident, knowing he had a better weapon and had become significantly stronger.

Fwoosh! Fwooosh!

Just as Victor was about to leave the village, assuming the coast was clear, a strange sound echoed from behind.

Something akin to—burning air?

A crippling sensation crawled up his spine, as if every cell in his body was screaming danger.

He turned around just in time to see a big fireball in size of basketball was hurtling toward him at an alarming speed.

Victor's heart pounded, his mind working in overdrive, his high Intelligence kicking in.

"Null Field!"

Just before the fireball could reach him, he swiftly cast his Anti-Magic Spell.

And the moment the fireball entered the 5-meter radius of his Anti-Magic Field, it began to flicker, its form dissolving into nothingness—leaving behind only a faint warmth on his face.

"What the hell?!"

Victor muttered with disbelief, his breath ragged. His heart was still trembling.

He had just been a split second away from getting burned alive.

He was furious.

His eyes turned to the source and found a skeleton wearing a black robe standing there with an eerie grace. There was a book in its hand.

[ Village Chief of Bone Village - Level 10 ]

[ HP: 300 ]

[ Threat Level: Medium ]

"So... the boss of this village was left out?" Victor muttered. "That's why I felt something was off. But a level 10 mage skeleton? Seriously. Isn't that going too far?" he grumbled.

Nevertheless, he raised his bronze sword to fight. With Anti-Magic in his arsenal, he was confident he could defeat him.
