I pressed my forehead against the cold window, my breath fogging up the glass. The moon outside was bright, as if mocking me with its freedom.

As if telling me that I am up here, shining my brigh light while you was trappedm back in the pack you had once escaped from, back to Alaric's rule.

I inhaled sharply, letting the air fill my lungs, and moments later I exhaled letting it all out.
