Chapter 4:The Secret of the Ancient Ruins

Under the protection of the crystal's glow,Yin Yue's injuries gradually improved,and its breathing stabilized.Lin Shen and Ye Ying finally relaxed their tense nerves,watching the beast outside the barrier,which roared in anger.

As time passed,the beast,unable to break through the barrier,reluctantly turned and left.The light faded,and Lin Shen gently stroked Yin Yue's fur,feeling relieved."It seems this crystal not only helps us evade enemies but also has healing power."

Lin Shen approached the statue and examined the sphere in its hand.Suddenly,his crystal shone brightly,resonating strongly with the sphere.Beams of light shot out from the crystal,connecting to the sphere,which also lit up.

As the sphere illuminated,images began to appear on the walls around the hall.These images depicted the rise and fall of an ancient civilization and their wars with the divine race.Lin Shen and the others watched in shock,finally uncovering the secrets of this world.

It turned out that this world had once been home to a powerful civilization that wielded the power related to the crystal,allowing them to communicate with and merge with interstellar beings.The divine race,seeking to obtain this power,launched a brutal war against the civilization and destroyed it.

The crystal in Lin Shen's hand was the last hope of this civilization.If they could find the right method,they could awaken the dormant power within the crystal to fight against the divine race.
