Jacob and Aiden listened to the offers from the mouths of the five recruiters, who are representing the top five academies.

They all offered him an S Rank Contract, except the Dusk Academy. They only offered him an S- Rank Contract.

Aiden's Profession was after all Heavy Paladin, an S-Rank Class, but it is related to Light, which is quite the opposite of the Dusk Academy.

Though they love to have an S-Rank professional in their academy, they know that they can't offer him the best because of the class affinity. So, they only offered an S- Rank contract to give the power family of Mist City some face and nothing more.

After the offers were given, the five eagerly waited for a response. Well, four of them waited but the other waited too but not as eager as the others and that one is from Dusk Academy.

There is no way that the boy would choose his academy and that is something he knew. The boy has to be dumb to choose Dusk Academy, which is famous for Dark and Death professionals.

"I have two questions before I choose the academy?" Aiden spoke after a while.

"What do you want to know?" the recruiters spoke in unison.

"First, which academy did that girl, the one who awakened the SS-Rank Class join?" Aiden asked them.

When they heard the question, these recruiters were terrified. They weren't terrified of Aiden or his father. No, they were afraid of the human gods.

One of the human gods, Lady Serena, has visited the girl and accepted the girl as her disciple. She warned everyone from the five academies, not to ever speak any detail about her, ever.

The recruiters who came here are professors themselves in the academies. Professors go out personally only for the top ten because these top ten have the best chances of reaching the top of the human world.

The professors that came here are at the top of the academies, it made it easy for them to know details that others wouldn't easily come across like Lady Serna taking the girl Mary as her disciple but per Lady Serena's orders, no know can spread the news.

If they did, she never specified the punishment but they can easily understand what the consequences for that would be.

"Sorry boy, we can't answer that question. Since she is someone who can become a god, there are a lot of restrictions regarding her and that's all that we can share", the recruiters spoke.

Aiden frowned at the answer. He wanted to know where the SS-Rank awakener was and wanted to attend that academy.

Since she was bound to rise, he wanted to make a relationship with her. As an S-Rank awakener and second rank in the academy exams, there is no one worthy other than himself to become the girl's partner.

The first ranker in the exam, Aiden didn't think much about him. He already enquired and knew that the boy who was above him was a Death Mage.

Sure he has some potential, if compared to other Death Professionals but that was it. He may be at the top now and may continue for some time, but sooner or later, Aiden believed that position would be his.

So, in his mind, he is the best partner for Mary.

The problem was they didn't know each other at all. The best case to know each other was to join the same academy but he couldn't get the answer.

Well, he knew that the girl should have joined one of the three. For the other two, the chances are low.

The class she awakened is Angel of Justice, it is a Light Affinity class.

So, she could have joined Luminar Academy but as she is an SS-Rank awakener, she could have joined Military Academy or the Capital Academy, which are directly under the Alliance officials.

Though he didn't get the answer, he knew that he couldn't be as arrogant with these recruiters as he used to be with others. These ones are professors at the top level in their academies. If he makes a bad impression, then unless he shows that he is the best of all, these professors will definitely make life miserable after he enters the academy.

So, he had to accept the answer for now. He can worry about the possible relationship with a future god, later on.

"Okay, what about the top ranker in the exam? What was his name, which academy did he join?" Aiden asked them.

The recruiters frowned at the question, except for one.

The question before terrified them but they gave enough face to the mayor and his son but now he is asking personal details of others.

It is a taboo to spread details of others without their consent. There are many enemies out there, who want to take out human talents before they can truly rise.

So, they can't spread news about the possible future human pillars.

"He joined the Dusk Academy", one of the recruiters spoke, breaking the silence.

The other four were shocked when they heard those words. Three of them thought that the Dusk Academy professor spoke those words to attract Aiden but a second later, they knew that the voice was not the one from Dusk Academy.

The one who spoke was from Luminar Academy.

Aiden was Light light-based professional. So why would he spill something like that, something that can send Aiden to another academy?

They couldn't understand the reason.

The one from Luminar continued to speak again, "Boy, if you are thinking that joining the same academy as that Death Mage would give you chances to show that the first rank should have been yours, then you are dead wrong".

"Dusk Academy has no resources for you. If you go there, you will only delay your growth. No matter how weak Death Mage would be, as you wouldn't grow to wither, you would be always ranked after him, after all that academy is for professionals like him".

"What's worse is that you would not be second rank, it would be even worse than before. Don't be stupid. Join Luminar Academy, where you can get the best Light-based resources and added to that, every four years, there is an event where students from all top five academies fight each other".

"It will be in two years from now. There you can show that you are the best of this generation".

Three of the recruiters cursed him for using such a tactic but what he said was true.

The one from the Dusk Academy doesn't know what to say. Aaron joining the Dusk Academy was supposed to be not leaked. In fact, no one can leak student data whatever that was but the one from Luminar broke that but he can't do anything about that.

He could only wait till he returned to the academy and report this to the Headmaster.
