"Draven, once Dane is better, you must apologize to him this time, or we're getting divorced!"

With that, Serenity left without looking back.

I closed my eyes. This was the 99th time Serenity had mentioned divorce to me.

In the past, every time she brought up divorce, I would beg for her mercy like a dog.

But this time... I smiled bitterly as I picked up my phone to call my lawyer.

"Counselor Winchester? I want a divorce."

"Please draft a divorce agreement."

Serenity and I were childhood sweethearts, and our families were old friends.

I closed my eyes, remained silent for a long while, then picked up my phone and sent another message to my assistant.

"No matter what means you use, you must obtain all the surveillance footage from around the place where I bungee jumped."

Dane was so arrogant because he must have known in advance that the surveillance cameras at the bungee jumping site had broken down the day before.
