Chapter Twenty-One

THIRD PERSONS POV

Mia wrapped her hands around herself as she took in the sight of the room. It was a mess, she shivered and wrapped her hands tightly around herself. She was either cold or scared, or both.

She picked up the towel and wrapped it around herself. She shivered as she took a deep breath and let it out as her eyebrows twitched.

Her gaze rested on something hovering in the air, she walked cautiously towards it and stretched her hands to take it but stopped. She watched it float on the air with an intense stare before she decided not to touch it. She immediately dropped the towel and wore a long sleeved shirt and a trouser without drying her body and bolted out of the room.

She walked briskly as her eyes darted to and fro in search of only one person that could help salvage the situation.

“MIA!"

Mia stopped and turned sharply as she heard someone call out her name with urgency. She turned and saw Gordon hold Nicholas firmly by the shoulder as he led him to Mia.
