"Your son is right. I care about you. Why are you ignoring me?" Sophia asked Robert, picking up where her son had left off.
They hadn’t seen each other since they parted ways yesterday.
She thought they could finally get along peacefully.
But this morning, he gave her the cold shoulder again.
Was it easy for her?
She had to endure his unpredictable mood every day.
"It’s none of your business. Have breakfast," Robert replied, using a pun as he took his hand back from their son, Anthony.
"We are a family of three. If you ignore Mom, it’s my business," Anthony said seriously.
Sophia nodded. Her son was right.
"A family of three?" Robert’s eyes narrowed with restraint as he looked at Anthony. "Who taught you that phrase?"
"Mom," Anthony told Robert. "Mom taught me to be good to Dad. Dad works hard for our family, so you need to be happy. If you're not happy, Mom and I won’t be happy either."
