Let's Get Divorced

Sophia felt like she got struck by lightning. Her brain just went blank.

She stared at the woman leaning into Robert’s arms. They looked really close.

It was the first time she ever saw Robert be that gentle with someone else since she met him.

He had always treated her okay, but he never looked at her like that. She never even dared to wish for it.

“Mummy…” Anthony’s little head popped out from behind Sophia. He got super shocked when he saw his dad holding a woman. “Who is that woman Daddy is holding?”

When Sophia heard Anthony’s voice, she snapped out of it and quickly pulled Anthony away.

The whole time they were walking, her head was buzzing. All she could see in her mind was Robert being all sweet to that woman.

“Mummy, why doesn’t Daddy hold you? Why is he holding another woman?” Anthony tugged her clothes with his small hands and asked, “Who is that woman?”

By the time Sophia realized where she was, they were already home.
