Along with the dwarves, Lioro arrived at the adventurer's guild.
"It's the white-haired demon..."
"Mithril rank adventurer..."
"Dwarves? So many? That's a rare sight....."
Ignoring the murmurs of the guild members around him, Lioro talked with the guild receptionist about any available property.
The receptionist introduced them to a familiar real estate agent, the same one Lioro bought his house from.
"Please sir come this way."
Under the lead of the agent, Lioro, and the dwarves arrived in front of a large Villa-like house-wide background.
"What do you think sir? It is near the marketplace just like you asked..."
The dealer asked while rubbing his hands.
Lioro looked at the house, then turned his gaze to look at the neighborhood.
"The security on the street is excellent, and there is little to no crime record."
The dealer mentioned a few good points about the locality.
"All right, we'll buy it..."
Lioro nodded his head.
A smile appeared on the dealer's face.
"The entire neighborhood."
The dealer's face froze.
Looking at Lioro's calm face he couldn't help but ask in confusion.
"S-sir? I'm sorry I might have heard wrong---"
"We'll buy the entire neighborhood."
The dealer almost lost his footing and fell down.
Seeing the scene, Lioro smiled and patted the dealer's shoulder before saying in a calm voice.
"Help us get it done. This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for you to earn a good commission."
"yes...Yes!"
The dealer hurriedly replied in an excited voice then quickly went into action, running back towards the guild.
"Here, take this and buy the place, then renovate it into a blacksmith alley and start selling weapons for a start..."
Lioro said to the elder dwarf with a long beard while handing him a big bag filled with gold coming from his inventory.
"We understand sir! Leave it to us!"
The level of dwarves especially the council members was between lv 25 and Lv 33 which meant they were more than capable enough to take care of themselves inside a small border city like E-rantel.
Some of them could even take on Clementine in a one-on-one fight, whose level was supposed to be around 31-33 in the original timeline which was about 11 months from now.
After thinking for a moment Lioro took out a sixth-tier undead dragon scroll from his inventory and handed it to the dwarf elder.
"It's an undead dragon summon scroll, use it to transport your people from the mountain to E-rantel after you're done preparing, also make sure not to scare the townspeople by bringing the undead dragon too close...."
"U-undead dragon....."
The dwarf elder took the summoning scroll with trembling hands."
"Good luck, I'll come and check your progress from time to time, also you can find me at the burger shop if you need any help..."'
After saying a few more words to the dwarves, Lioro left them alone and went home.
He was already very busy and had no time to take care of the dwarves, though with their forging skills and strength, they should be just fine on their own.
After all the entire kingdom of Re-Estize was well...weak.
"Master your back Gizaru!"
Hamsuke who was sitting outside the house like a good security guard greeted him in a loud voice.
Lioro smiled and gave Hamsuke a nod before entering the house.
"Master Wizard....."
Rowena who was carrying supplies stopped and greeted Lioro who just entered through the door.
"Don't mind me, keep working."
Lioro said in a calm voice while patting her shoulder and moving towards his room.
Rowena looked at Lioro's back for a moment before bringing the supplies towards the kitchen.
"Master wizard seemed happy today..."
She muttered in a small voice, remembering the small uncontrolled smile pasted on Lioro's face.
After entering his room, Lioro sat on his bed and thought about his next course of action.
There were a few things he had in mind.
First was to infiltrate the Slane Theocracy and steal their divine and world-class items.
'I must get the mind control World Class item...with my Epic class I can even replicate it...making multiple copies....'
Lioro's eyes flashed with a sharp light.
If he got hold of the world class items which controlled shall tear, then he won't even need to do anything and can simply mind control Ains After he comes to he new world and gain full control of the Great Tomb.
He would personally like to have more of a corporate relationship with Ains instead of a mind-controlled one.
In a sense, both of them were fellow transmigrators, and because of his world travel ability, he didn't have much conflict with Ains and could even let him rule the new world if he wanted.
After all, it was just a single world which he will most probably stop visiting when he has gained everything there was to gain from this world.
But of course, it never hurts to have a backup plan in case everything goes nuts.
So yes he needed that mind control World Class item, the thing was simply too useful and too dangerous to be left in the Slane Theocracy's hands.
'I just don't know if the Theocracy has some hidden trump cards up its sleeve...'
Unfortunately by the time he transmigrated, the story of Overlord had reached the Elven King part.
The strongest person from the Slane Theocracy shown till that point was the daughter of the Elf King, a level 88 God Kin Antilene Heran Fouche, who possesses the skill 'Goal Of All Life Is Death' and the Valkyrie classes 'Einherjar'
Though she actually had a Lesser version of both.
Plus she also possessed a divine item set from the old players of the past who formed the Slane Theocracy.
And considering that she showed time-stop ability in the game, she was a tricky opponent, to say the least.
He didn't have much confidence in killing her without anti-time countermeasures or unless he reached level 70 or something.
At that point, even without any super tier spell, he will crush her based on attributes alone or blast her with near near-limitless number of spells because of the mana cost reduction provided by six eyes.
'It is indeed a little hard to infiltrate the Slane Theocracy for now...maybe I can do it with my tier 10 Void Phantasm spell....but If I get caught then it will be hard to predict the result...'
Lioro was arrogant because of his strength but not stupid.
The Slane Theorcracy still hid many things he needed to be careful about.
At least until he had gained time spell Negation or immunity, it was better to not step foot inside there.
'Next martial arts...'
Finally, it was something he had been delaying for quite some time now.
He needed to learn more martial arts and maybe even defeat the god Takemikazuchi with it to receive his Epic class.
Unfortunately, body enhancement-type martial arts will not fulfill the condition of a fair fight but still they were useful nonetheless.
Making up his mind, Lioro teleported and appeared in the great forest of tob.
Under his control, the void behind him trembled and the Frost Dragon King's set appeared.
The heavy armor split open and covered Lioro within seconds.
Then a pair of large dragon wings spurt out from the armour's back.
With a single wave of the wings, Lioro took to the sky, cracking the land and the nearby trees due to the wind pressure alone.
"Tier 10 spell: Void Phantasm."
Instantly his figure disappeared, vanishing from sight and becoming invisible to all detection spells below tier 10.
'Let's go to the royal capital and find Gazef and Brain Unglaus.....hm it's been more than a week but I'm sure goddess Hestia wouldn't mind a little delay.....'
Thinking so, Lioro used high-speed flight to make his way towards the royal capital.
Alas if only he knew how wrong he was.
----
"It's been 9 days...and he's still not back..."
Hestia said in a blank voice while sulking in the corner and repeatedly making circles on the ground with her fingers.
On the side, Yoriichi and Bell silently glanced at each other.
They wanted to get a status update.....but it seems the timing wasn't quite right...
"Lioro....I'm sorry....please come back quickly....."
----
Royal Capital Re-Estize.
Under the guise of Invisibility, Lioro silently landed on the balcony of the King's palace.
It wasn't hard to find the place since it was literally the biggest and most luxurious building around.
While walking through the palace, Lioro's gaze unknowingly lingered on the big chests of a few passing maids.
Damn, they're huge!
The royal family definitely knew how to enjoy themselves!
Shaking his head to regain focus, Lioro started exploring the royal capital.
Though he had to say.
The place was too damn big!
Heck, he actually managed to find the crazy princess before Gazef.
Renner Theiere Chardelon Ryle Vaiself.
She was being escorted by her beloved pet knight Climb.
But they were not his target.
Just as Lioro was about to turn around, he heard something interesting.
"Princess, why are you so interested in this burger?"
Climb asked Princess Renner.
Lioro stopped, after thinking for a second he turned around and started following them.
"Ah! Climb it's just that I like them, don't you think they're delicious?"
Princess Renner said with a smile on her face.
"If the Princess likes it then we can have the chef prepare it for you--"
Climb suddenly stopped speaking.
From the front, he saw a familiar tall and strong-looking man walking towards them.
He was the strongest Swordsman of the kingdom, the warrior captain, and the personal bodyguard of the king himself.
Gazef Stronoff.
Stopping in front of the smiling Princess Renner, Gazef bowed and paid his respect.
"I have met Princess Renner."
Princess Renner was just about to reply when a sudden figure wearing full-plate dragon-like armor appeared beside Gazef with a hand placed on his shoulder.
The sudden turn of events stunned everyone.
'I didn't sense anything....'
Gazef thought with a drop of sweat sliding down his face.
"Princess get behind me!"
Climb shouted in a loud voice before pulling out his sword and coming in front of Princess Renner with a hardened look on his face.
Lioro looked at the scene in amusement.
"What's happening here?!"
The guards on duty seemed to have heard of the commotion and were running toward them with weapons in hand.
"I'll be borrowing him for a moment."
Lioro said in a plain voice before waving his hand at Princess Renner and disappearing from the place together with Gazef.
----
On a wide open plane.
The space flickered before Lioro and Gazef's figure appeared on the spot.
Looking at the grassy plain, Lioro turned towards the stunned Gazef and said.
"Pretty good place no?"
Gazef was speechless.
A moment ago he was at the royal capital but now he had arrived at an empty plain with no human city in sight.
Opening his mouth, Gazef said in a hesitant voice.
"Teleportation?....."
Instead of replying, Lioro took his hand off Gazef's shoulder and created some distance between them.
Then under Gazef's confused eyes, Lioro took out a normal steel sword from his inventory and threw it at Gazef who skillfully caught it.
"Come and attack me, using all of your martial arts."
Tightly gripping the sword in his hand, Gazef took in a deep breath and asked in a heavy voice.
"Sir....can I ask, what is your motive?..."
"Nothing serious, I just want to experience your martial arts, so go ahead and use them."
"Of course, I have no intention of killing you, after seeing your skills I'll return you back to the royal capital."
With a helpless smile on his face, Gazef asked.
"I believe refusal isn't an option?"
"Isn't that obvious?"
"I understand."
Moving his body, Gazef tightly gripped the sword with both of his hands and got in an attacking stance.
"Attack whenever you're ready."
Lioro said.
"Martial arts: Body Strengthening! Force Acceleration!"
A yellow light covered Gazef's before disappearing.
The very next moment, Gazef rushed at him at a fast speed.
In no time he covered the distance between them and swung his sword at Lioro.
"Martial Arts: Sixfold Slash Of Light!"
Instantly his attack split into six, attacking from six sides at the same time.
This was Gazef's strongest self-created martial arts, a move which was derived from his previous ultimate attack Fourfold Slash Of Light which defeated Brain Unglaus and helped him take the throne of the kingdom's strongest Swordsman.
It was supposed to be virtually impossible to block or dodge, especially when in range.
But what happened next, made Gazef's pupils shake in disbelief.
It was because his strongest attack didn't do anything to Lioro.
Even after taking the attack head-on, he just stood there, not even moving an inch.
Infinity blocked it all.
Even if Lioro didn't use infinity, the sword he had given Gazef was simply never going to be able to break through his Legendary armor.
Taking a few steps back, Gazef put down the sword in his hand and said.
"I have lost."
That was his strongest move, and the other party took it head-on like nothing.
Although he knew that Lioro must be extremely strong because of what happened before, for there to be such a huge difference was simply despairing.
[Martial arts have been detected.....would you like to learn them?]
"You should know a few more martial arts yes? Show me all of them."
"Alright....."
Nodding his head, Gazef started showing all the martial arts he knew.
After some time.
Inside the royal palace.
The space flickered before Gazef and Lioro's figures appeared.
The surrounding guards stared at them in surprise.
"It's him! The intruder!"
"Sir Gazef is back!"
"Quickly detain the intruder!"
The soldiers shouted and hurriedly pointed their spears at Lioro.
Ignoring the commotion, Lioro looked at Gazef and said.
"Let's meet again if the chance arrives."
Then he teleported away.
Turning his gaze away from the place where Lioro disappeared, Gazef looked down at the small bag of gold in his hand.
Lioro casually gave it to him, saying it was something like a tuition fee.
The bag was filled with gold coins.....
It felt quite heavy...
But that wasn't the main issue.
With a complicated look on his face, Gazef remembered what the perpetrator called himself.
'Ice Dragon Emperor.....'
It seems the other party wasn't human after all.
But he could have never expected him to be a dragon.
'My strength....is too weak.....'
Remembering how helpless he was against the Ice Dragon Emperor, Gazef couldn't help but clench his fist.
"Sir Gazef! The King is calling for you!:"
----
After sending Gazef back, Lioro looked at all the martial skills he had learned.
[Martial Arts]
Body Strengthening: A Martial Art that increases one's muscle strength.
Enhanced Magic Resistance: It increases the user's resistance to magic effects directed towards themselves.
Flow Acceleration: An art that temporarily accelerates the workings of the user's nerves, increasing one's attack speed and movement speed.
Focus Battle Aura: By pouring the user's fighting spirit into their weapon, this art endows normal weapons with effects equivalent to those of magical weapons. With these weapons, it is possible to break through the special defenses of races such as angels.
Instant Counter: An art that forcibly returns the user to their attack stance after they are thrown off-balance by a previous attack. It's effective for dodging enemy attacks but puts a large burden on the user's body.
Sense Weakness: Allows the user to detect any possible weaknesses in a target.
Sixfold Slash of Light: An art that allows the user to slash nearby enemies six times with one swing of their sword. This art releases six strikes of light at the same time.
----
They were all quite useful, especially the six-light attack which allowed him to send 6 slash attacks at the same time.
To put it into perspective, in a one-on-one fight, while his opponent attacks once, he can attack six times!
It was crazy powerful, especially since it only consumed concentration and physical strength to execute.
'Now just how do I find Brain Unglaus?'
He started remembering details from the show.
'I remember he was part of a mercenary group which Shalltear killed then got mind controlled.... him so he should be near E-Rantel?'
For some reason, all kinds of shit happens in E-Rantel.
Shaking his head, Lioro once again activated his ability and vanished from the spot.
