Rylan's face turned ashen with anger as he spat out, "Am I wrong?"

"If he hadn't seduced you to go abroad, we would've been married by now!"

"Besides, we even had our wedding ceremony, yet he's with you every day. If that's not seducing someone else's darling, what is?"

As soon as those words left his mouth, everyone fell silent, staring at Rylan and me in shock.

Many people gasped, their eyes gleaming with the light of gossip.

My expression turned ice-cold.

Since Rylan insisted on airing our dirty laundry in public, he couldn't blame me for flipping the table.

I had originally planned to treat him as a stranger, saving dignity for both of us.

Now, it seemed there was no need to be considerate anymore.

"Rylan, we had our wedding ceremony five years ago, but in these five years, we've been to the city clerk's office 66 times. Each time, you had a last-minute issue and canceled getting the marriage license."
