Saving the Mermaid

Kite turned her head and saw a tall beastman with short brown hair and a radiant smile walking briskly towards them. She recognized him immediately—it was Mohsi.

The bandages wrapped around his upper body were her handiwork. It was hard not to recognize them~

Bai Ye took a couple of steps forward: "Mohsi, are you feeling better?"

"Yes, thanks to Female Kite, I can still see today's sun!"

Mohsi knew his injuries were severe. He had almost reported to the beast god.

He took out a beast skin bag from his spatial pocket, opened it, and presented it to Kite: "Female Kite, these are some glowing stones I picked up from the seaside. They're not valuable, but they're quite beautiful. I'm giving them to you."

Kite looked at the stones in the bag. They were indeed very pretty, almost transparent, and refracted a rainbow of colors in the sunlight. Fortunately, they weren't night pearls.

Otherwise, she would have felt embarrassed to accept them.
