Chapter 71 - Ferris Wheel

Jay-jay's POV

Awkward!

That's the dominant three of Eren and the Snake King. We are currently sitting on the bench opposite the exit of the Horror House. We got out of there before the others. When they got here, none of the three spoke. It's Keifer's fault. His overacting because he was going to react, I was also carried away.

Worms often don't help my brain. I saw Ci-N coming out of the Exit so I stood up to meet them.

"Jay-jay!" They call me.

"Where did you go? Why did you suddenly disappear?" I asked them.

"Jay..." Yuri called me. "...Are you okay?"

I forced a smile and nodded. I looked at the Exit noticing that someone else was coming out. Denzel and David.

"Will you still ride the Ferris Wheel?" Kit asked.

We both looked at Keifer. He doesn't speak, as if he wants me to make the decision.

"I-I guess we should go home..." I said.

"But don't you want to ride? Let's go... As long as we're here. Maybe it won't happen again." Ci-N told me.

Ci has a point. Maybe it won't happen again. We'll be in class together just once. Because of what happened earlier inside the Horror House. It's like I feel different.

"Come on! On the Ferris wheel if on the Ferris Wheel!" Keifer agreed and walked quickly.

"Alright!"

"Let's go Jay!"

"I hope they have fireworks too! Like everyone else!"

"I'll bring Mica here next time."

"After we graduate, let's come back here!"

"We should take a picture!"

After they said that, they immediately took out their phones. That's what I did too. I realized too late that I had my phone with me. I was so scared because I lost my mind. I have texts and missed calls from Aries. I didn't open it first and started taking pictures. All I get is wacky and stolen shots. We are walking to the Ferris Wheel. But before finally getting to where we were going, we took a picture together. They pulled Keifer to join them. When we got there, the queue was very long.

"Come on! Maybe the park's closing will catch up with us!" I said.

I looked at the King of snakes. It doesn't like waiting. How can this be?! He might bump into him suddenly.

"I have an idea." Yuri said and immediately approached a group of women lined up.

He said something here and pointed to our side. The women were shocked and suddenly left the queue. The girls smiled at me so I smiled too.

Yuri called Ci-N and motioned to come to him. They talked to a group again. It looks like a group date because they have a guy with them. The women shuddered and the men frowned. But just like before, they also left the queue.

The other snake also came and joined in what Yuri was doing. They even talked to young people and their reactions were the same. Only half is left. Even Keifer intervened. But he was the one who got fired the most. The girls just winked because they passed out.

The crew called us and signaled us to board. I entered the wagon first. No one followed me so I was surprised. I looked at those outside.

They were pushing to see who would ride. Suddenly, Keifer came in and sat across from me.

Yuri followed and sat next to me. The door was about to close but David and Ci-N entered one after the other.

"It's okay brother! Go ahead!" Ci-N gave orders to the crew.

Man did nothing but close the door of the wagon while scratching his head.

"Oh! Where are you going to sit?!" I asked him.

He looked at the empty seat earlier. David is already sitting.

"Uhmm.. I'll just hold you." He said and immediately sat on my lap.

The weight! Shit!

"Hey! Get out of there!" Yuri shouted while pulling Ci-N.

"Get ready Ci!" David shouted.

"Don't move!" Keifer shouted.

"You're so heavy, Ci!" I said while pushing him.

We both stopped. It was the sound of steel breaking away from another steel. We all looked at each other and felt. Nothing was moving and we were breathing slowly. Suddenly the Ferris Wheel stopped and the wagon we were riding in shook slightly. The light also went out so it was dark.

"What happened?" I asked.

Keifer's phone suddenly rang. He answered that.

"Hello!" He answered angrily.

"... Yeah! What the hell happened?!... What?!..... Calm down?! Were stock here and you want us to calm down?!.... As them to fix this thing now!!" Keifer shouted and hung up.

"Who is that? What happened?" Yuri asked.

"Rory... They said he was downstairs. They said the power went out and they tried to turn on the generator but they couldn't support it all the rides."

"It means that we're stuck here?" Asked David.

"Yeah..." Keifer answered bored.

"How long are we going to stay here?" I asked.

"I don't know... It wasn't said."

Pfffftttt... I don't want to stay here. Aries will be angry with me. I might even report it to brother. Speaking of Aries, he calls. I pushed Ci-N to leave my lap. I took my phone from the bag.

I hesitated to answer the call. It's like I already know what he's going to say.

"Hello?" I said after answering the call.

["Where the hell are you?!"] Aries asked angrily.

"Uhmmm... At the Amusement Park." I answered almost in a whisper.

["Fuck! Which Amusement Park?! There are so many Amusement Parks!"]

I don't know the name. Because this Ci-N was so close to getting in that I didn't notice the name. Inside, I couldn't see anything.

"Could you please stop moving!" Keifer shouted at Ci-N.

["Is that Keifer?!"]

["What the.... Where are you?!"] His voice grew louder in anger.

"Agh! Jay!" Keifer shouted as if he was doing something obscene.

My eyes widened at what he did. While he was still smirking. I feel that he really hoped.

["W-what are you doing?! Where are you?!"]

"Oh! Shit! Jay-jay don't go there!" Keifer shouted again.

David and Ci-N hold back their laughter. Meanwhile, Yuri just shook his head.

"Stop that!" I yelled at Keifer.

"But I can't. I'm almost there! Ugh!"

"Agh! I'm coming!" Keifer shouted.

"What?!" I was angry with him. I turned to my phone. "...I'm not sure of the name of the place. Just that we're on the Ferris Wheel."

["All Amusement Park on Ferris Wheel!"]

I stood up and threatened him with a punch. That's why the wagon we were riding in suddenly shook and the iron rang again. I stumbled upon Keifer by accident. Our wagon is shaking.

"What is that?!" Ci-N asked in fear.

"Ahh... Jay..." David called me while pointing to our position.

I looked at myself and stood up to see that I was lying on top of Keifer.

"You really want it, don't you?" Keifer teased me while smiling deviously.

"Work!"

I peeked through the window of the wagon. Our position is very high. We are not at the very top yet. The wagon moved again and I sat on the floor.

"Are you okay?" Yuri asked me and helped me stand up.

But before I could get up, the Wagon shook again.

"Aaaaahhhhh..." I screamed.

David and Ci-N are already clinging to the chair. The wagon shook a few more times. Keifer took his phone and called someone.

"Rory!.... What?!.... H-hello?! Rory?!" He looked at his phone '...Shit! It's already dead."

The Ferris Wheel suddenly moved. A bit fast but that means it's okay. I was about to stand up when suddenly the wagon shook very hard. David and Ci also screamed. The iron rang again. Until a strong earthquake happened in our wagon. We are like candy shaken in a container. It happened too fast. Keifer suddenly fell and fell directly on me. I stared at him. He is so close that I can kiss him. His breathing was fast, as if it was synchronizing with my heartbeat.

Suddenly the wagon door opened. I looked up and saw Aries staring us with his angry eyes.
